“This is our first time using Erika. We are 100% pleased and happy with every aspect of the job. I do have to state that I have a very very difficult job. We have seven cats with seven different needs and several different personalities. Erica did everything. I asked her to do. She is personable and kind. She is very very detailed with her pictures and her updates. She will even update if she’s going to be a little earlier or later than usual. We had to do some tweaking at the beginning of the job which she did not mind one bit. She even did things. I didn’t ask her to do like change certain water, fountains, and retrieve packages. I knew she would, though I really really love the updates. I loved knowing that my cats were very happy with her, taking care of them, which the pictures indicated. I already have her booked for a future reservation. Super happy I found such a gem!”

About: Animals have always been at the center of my life. I grew up on a farm, caring for dogs, cats, goats, sheep, and chickens, so reading animal behavior, staying calm under pressure and knowing when somethings off comes naturally to me. Over the years, I’ve trained my own dogs, worked with rescue animals, and volunteered with KARE, where I help rehabilitate, both wild and domestic animals. That experience has taught me how to handle pets of all temperament and backgrounds, including those who were shy, anxious, or still learning the ropes. I personally cared for dogs, cats, ferrets, chinchillas, sugar, gliders, hedgehogs, snakes, fish, turtles, parrots, and a wide variety of reptiles, so chances are, I’ve worked with a pet like yours before! I bring patience and consistency to every interaction, whether it’s a quick drop in or a longer house sit. What sets me apart is that I don’t just love animals, I understand them. Your pet isn’t just a booking to me, they’re a living creature who deserves calm, attentive care from someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing. i’m generally available weekday mornings, weekday evenings, and weekends. My schedule varies week to week, so I keep my calendar updated in real time. About: I grew up taking care of my 2 collies and helping out with family members pets. I am experienced with managing large breeds and high energy dogs. I am currently on summer break from university, so I have a lot more free time. I am available on weekdays after 11 and weekends I have full availability. Once I return to school in late August, my schedule will change slightly. I’ll be available on weekdays after 1:30 PM and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. If I happen to get out of class early, I may also be available before 1:30 on some days. Safety is my top priority. I treat every pet as my own, maintaining a calm, clean, and safe environment.
