About: I’ve grown up taking care of numerous types of animals, primarily cats and dogs. My neighbors, family and friends rely on me for their pet care needs because I treat them as my own, giving them love and attention in addition to their regular feedings and potty needs. I am available on the weekends! On Friday’s, my availability would start after 5pm. I am available all day on Saturdays. Sunday’s I do take care of horses during the day from 9am-3pm; however, I am available before and after for walks and potty breaks. I make your pet’s needs my main priority. If they should make any messes while you are away, I always do my best to clean it up as thought it never happened, so you can come home to a happy fur baby and find your home just the way you left it.
About: I have two dogs at home- a pugle and a lab! I love to walk my dogs and train them (+ spoil them). I also have experience with other dogs and cat sitting! I am a basketball player at AU university. I am pretty flexible around my basketball and school schedule! Weekends are a lot more flexible for longer periods of time. This was a last minute decision and I had Chelsie meet with our daughter at our house since my wife and I were out of state. Chelsie was local and met with our daughter to meet our dogs. Chelsie came over to house for three separate days for 30 mins each day. Chelsie would upload photos and give daily progress reports and upload to the “Rover” for our review. About: I've taken care of dogs of many breeds ever since I was a little girl. I took care of feeding, exercising, and bathing our dogs for my family. I also work as a kennel tech at autumn green hospital where I take care of pets daily including bathing, feeding , playing with and giving medication. I currently work as a kennel tech, and my schedule is kind of all over the place. However, I can bring your pet to work with me after they are reviewed by my boss to make sure they pass their rabies and fecal tests. I’m available Saturday mornings until 1 PM and am free all day on Sundays! I will update this note on a month-to-month basis depending on my schedule. If I were in your home, I would let your pet warm up to me first. Then, I would make sure they have clean water and food, follow any instructions you have for me, and give them lots of cuddles and love to keep them happy.
About: I’ve taken care of my family dog until he passed. He was 16yrs old. I also take care of my sisters dog. He is a Husky/ German Shepard mix. My dog recently passed and I miss walking him. His daily walks were 7am and 6:30pm. I’m also opened to walking your dog on weekends. I have a huge fenced yard and a one floor home to reduce stair climbing for senior dogs. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
