“We can’t say enough good things about Don!! We have a new puppy and had to leave town due to a death in the family. Don cared for our little guy like he was his own. That meant taking him out as often as needed including 3 am! I could tell he was fantastic with dogs when he came over to meet Mitty. Don sent pics and updates the whole time we were gone and he stayed late when our flight home was delayed. We came home to a happy dog (who is missing Don I’m sure) and our house was perfectly clean which is hard to do with a 12 week puppy! So thankful we found Don, would give him more stars if I could and just hope he doesn’t get too booked up in the future!”

“This was the first time I left my rescue dog Casey with a sitter, needless to say I was worried. Not worried about Grace, on our meet and greet I liked her right away. I was worried that my 67 lb dog would be too much for her. He can be a little wild at first, get into your personal space. He can be the bull in the china cabinet, and needs someone to be firm with him.(voice commands) My ragdoll Cooper no worries. Grace was kind enough to send me pictures and notes. I was so relieved! She even was willing to stop back and let Casey out when I was going to be late coming home. I would definitely recommend Grace for your next pet sitter.”

For example, during a severe thunderstorm she stayed with our dogs and comforted them, one who is especially terrified of storms. She also took the time to come over to get to know our dogs so our male could get used to her coming in as he needs time to get used to new people coming into the house. She sends us regular updates and pictures on how our dogs are doing while we are gone so we know they are doing well. I would highly recommend Alexia to watch your dogs.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 7 years, including walking on Wag, dog sitting for friends and family, and raising my own pup. I know every dog has their own personality, and I’m great at picking up on their needs whether that’s lots of playtime, a slow-paced walk, or just someone to chill with. I treat every dog like they’re my own, and I always show up on time, communicate clearly, and make sure your pet feels safe and loved I currently work part-time, usually just three days a week, which gives me plenty of flexibility to care for pets throughout the week. Whether it’s a weekday walk, weekend stay, or last-minute check-in, I can usually make it work and love fitting pet care into my routine! I don’t host pets in my own home, but I’m happy to care for them in your home where they feel most comfortable. I follow any instructions you leave closely whether that’s feeding schedules, walk routines, or special care. I make sure pets feel safe, get plenty of attention, and stick to their normal routine as much as possible. I’m also respectful of your home and always leave things clean and just as I found them.

About: I’ve had pets all my life including farm animals such as a goat and chickens as well as dogs cats ferrets hamsters. I currently do not have pets of my own right now but would love to spoil your pet with love and cuddles. I live in a forest type home with a very large front and backyard for your pups to run around. I go on daily walks around my neighborhood or I can drive to a nearby dog park. If you have any specific questions please feel free to let me know. I will also send updates to you with photos every couple hours or as per requested. I used to work at Petco grooming salon, and For a small additional charge I can trim your dogs nails, brush them daily, or other services.
