“We can not thank Ann enough for watching our 13 week old puppy, Gary, this past week! She kept us updated the whole trip and sent many pictures! She went above and beyond to make sure our puppy was safe while we were gone. We were able to enjoy our vacation so much more knowing that our puppy was in such great hands. We met with Ann twice prior to our vacation and I was so relieved that I found her once we started talking about safety and care instructions. I could tell that Gary had a great time with Ann and we will definitely reach back out in the future when we have our next trip planned. If you have an upcoming trip, 100% book with Ann.”

“Sarah took excellent care of our 2 pups! They tend to have separation anxiety but Sarah handled them wonderfully and they seemed to totally love her! Sarah was super responsive and easy to communicate with as well which made everything super easy! Planning to book again!”
“We were a little nervous, having never used Rover before, about letting a stranger into our home to watch our pups. After meeting Caroline prior to our trip, we knew our dogs and home were in good hands. Caroline was quick to respond to all of our messages prior to and while on our trip. She was amazing and we will definitely use her again.”

“Katie is amazing! Our dog had an ear infection when we left and she went above and beyond in taking care of him! She bought extra supplies that he needed, gave his medication and gave him plenty of love and attention. Katie is a kind and patient person and she truly is amazing with Nova. I would trust her anytime to take care of him again! She was also very respectful of our home, went the extra mile by doing things like shoveling the driveway, gave lots of updates and left a nice note for when we returned!”

About: Ever since I was little, I’ve always been surrounded by furry friends. I value the tranquility, love, & affection that animals bring. I love every animal; big or small, energetic or calm, you name it! I will take care of your pup the same way I would my own. I am currently working part-time at Enigma 5PM-10PM (Friday & Saturday nights). I also have class midday Monday-Thursday and Tuesday nights. Other than that, I have all the time in the world for your furry friends! I will go above and beyond what is asked. It’s not only walking, feeding, and watching over your pet, but also making sure they’re apart of a schedule, comfortable, and happy while you’re away.

About: I’ve owned cats and dogs my whole life! I love both! I also rode horses for many years and have had friends with bunnies and rodents so I have experienced many types of animals I’m a college student! Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings i’m in an elementary school and Wednesday’s I spend my whole day on campus as well as Thursday afternoons. I’m free most of the time ! I don’t board animals due to my own pets. But i adhere to any schedules and routines done in the home. I also respect others property. I always leave the place clean and tidy after staying and make sure to communicate anything necessary.
About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with pets in the home—usually a dog, a cat, or both—and caring for them has always been a natural part of my life. My last dog passed away about four years ago, and while I would love to adopt again, I can’t right now because my son has significant allergies to cats and dogs. I truly miss the companionship and joy that pets bring, which is one of the reasons I’m so grateful to care for other families’ animals. When your dog is with me, they’ll get more than just the basics. Of course I’ll make sure their physical needs are met—walks, feeding, fresh water, and safety—but I’ll also give them plenty of affection, attention, and calm companionship. I’m comfortable with larger dogs, and I’m also happy to give basic medications (such as pills with food or treats) as needed. I’ll treat your pup like a beloved member of the family, and I’ll follow your routines and instructions closely so they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I work from home and am available for mid day walks, as well as evening visits and walks. I also am available for pet sitting on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. I would only be able to care for pets in clients homes. I will meet your pet and you prior to our first visit to ensure I understand your pet's routine and can keep them safe during their time with me.

About: I have experience with multiple and single pet households, I can bathe and administer medication, I’ve done cats, dogs, mice, reptiles, toads, fish, etc. I can handle almost any pet. I currently am a full time online student and have a cat of my own to take care of. I often do side gigs of pet sitting for family and friends. So pet care is simply just part of my daily life. I usually have a whole day dedicated to building trust with an animal, and depending on the personality of the animal depends on my approach. In the event of a conflict between pets in a home, I have no issue stepping in, the safety of the animals are highly important to me.
“Suzanna- was a pleasure to work with. She sent me pictures of my dogs while I was out. Very much on time when we discussed leaving and coming back to the house. We certainly felt comfortable with her at our house. Would highly recommend again! Thank you for staying with our pups! Joanna C.”

“Goka was absolutely fantastic. She was so helpful and went over and beyond to help watch my pups while I was away on vacation. I highly recommend her and will definitely be using her again!”

“Kim was wonderful with my dog. She stayed overnight and sent updates throughout her day. I will definitely call Kim again. It was nice knowing my fur baby was happy and taken good care of. Thanks Kim!”

“Gail was awesome- We had a last minute need to find someone and we are so grateful we found Gail. Our dog and kitties took to her right away in our meet and greet.. and we felt at ease when we needed to leave for the weekend. She kept us up to date on our pets the entire time. The house was nice and tidy and left us some nice treats and we felt like we had left our pets with family and our pets were doing great. Thank you Gail!!”

“We can’t say enough good things about Don!! We have a new puppy and had to leave town due to a death in the family. Don cared for our little guy like he was his own. That meant taking him out as often as needed including 3 am! I could tell he was fantastic with dogs when he came over to meet Mitty. Don sent pics and updates the whole time we were gone and he stayed late when our flight home was delayed. We came home to a happy dog (who is missing Don I’m sure) and our house was perfectly clean which is hard to do with a 12 week puppy! So thankful we found Don, would give him more stars if I could and just hope he doesn’t get too booked up in the future!”

About: I have deep love, admiration, and understanding for animals and am innately empathetic and intuitive. I have experience training as well as assisting others dogs with some behavioral and basic training. “Melanie is absolutely amazing! From the moment we met, I could tell my dog was in good hands. She took such loving care of him, sent me daily photos and updates, and made sure he stuck to his routine. It’s so hard to find someone you can truly trust, but Melanie went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be booking again — highly recommend her to anyone who wants their dog treated like family! 💕🐶”

Knoll Creek West pet parents share their Rover experiences
Erika is an absolute gem! She stayed with our cat and dog (who don't get along) for 10 long nights, which seems like an eternity when you're nervous about leaving your babies behind. But she made our dog feel less lonely by spending extra time with him, and even introducing him to her dog so he'd have a buddy. There were loads of little extra tasks that she took care of for us while we were away that was so helpful. Our house was super tidy and everyone was happy when we returned. She even left treats and toys for the animals! We cant recommend her enough and will definitely be using her again!

Bennett helped our family in a pinch! He was super responsive, sent pics of our pups and we trusted him in our home while we were away! When we came home, he even had a relaxing channel for dogs on the TV - we know they were in great care. Thank you, Bennett!!
