About: I have lived with large dogs my entire life and have been put in charge of caring for them overnight and long periods of time for about 10 years. I have experience training dogs and have exceptional patience in every aspect of pet care. I live with three large dogs currently- which includes feeding (early morning and mid evening,) walks, and various other care needs - so I am more than capable of caring for animals at whatever time needed. I am good with slow introductions for anxious animals, and proficient with acclimating and calming down hyper animals. About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with pets in the home—usually a dog, a cat, or both—and caring for them has always been a natural part of my life. My last dog passed away about four years ago, and while I would love to adopt again, I can’t right now because my son has significant allergies to cats and dogs. I truly miss the companionship and joy that pets bring, which is one of the reasons I’m so grateful to care for other families’ animals. When your dog is with me, they’ll get more than just the basics. Of course I’ll make sure their physical needs are met—walks, feeding, fresh water, and safety—but I’ll also give them plenty of affection, attention, and calm companionship. I’m comfortable with larger dogs, and I’m also happy to give basic medications (such as pills with food or treats) as needed. I’ll treat your pup like a beloved member of the family, and I’ll follow your routines and instructions closely so they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I work from home and am available for mid day walks, as well as evening visits and walks. I also am available for pet sitting on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. I would only be able to care for pets in clients homes. “This was the first time that I had Isaac watch my dogs. I had him house/dog sit for me. I originally chose him because of his professionalism in our texting discussions and his promptness with returning messages. We had an initial meet and greet, which he was on time for, and the dogs seemed to like him right away. While I was gone, Isaac sent pictures and updates of how things were going. When I got home, I was amazed at how clean my house was. Typically when I get home from a trip there is dog fur everywhere because my dogs shed very badly. I usually tell my dog sitters where the vacuum is in case the hair starts to bother them, but I do not expect them to vacuum the house for me. However, I never mentioned any of this to Isaac, he just took it upon himself to vacuum the house. The blankets were folded nicely on the dog beds, and on the couch. He even got my mail out of the mailbox and left it sitting for me in the house. These were all extra things that I never asked of him, he just took the initiative to do these things on his own. It was nice coming home to a house I didn’t have to immediately vacuum! I can’t say enough good things about Isaac, I will definitely check with him first when I have to leave town again!”

Lexi was a mental health lifesaver for our pup. We had plans to go out of town for the 4th of July, and we were worried about leaving her. Although beautiful to watch, our town’s firework display is shot right over our house. We let Lexi know of our concerns, and she made sure to drive our pup somewhere else where she wouldn’t be afraid of all the booms and lights. Our pup sleeps with people and Lexi made sure that Oakley felt safe through the night. As for our home, Lexi made sure to clean up any messes. She’s a gem! We were so lucky to find her, especially at a time when she could have had other plans. We will definitely be calling on Lexi whenever we need a dog sitter.
Maddie was great! She stayed at our house with our 14 year old, blind fur baby, Liz. She kept us well informed throughout the weekend.
