She handled everything without a problem as well as gave photo updates throughout the stay. We also got delayed in our travel back and she adjusted to our timeline no issues and was understanding. “Dexter was well cared for at Jessica’s. She discovered he had an ear infection and cleaned out his ear a bit and let me know. I appreciated this. Dexter was miserable because of his ear so he didn’t really play or anything but I know he was safe and his needs were handled. My only critique is that I had to ask how he was to get the info (including about his ear) and I prefer when the sitter reaches out to tell me if something is amiss. FYI: Dexter went to the vet the day after we got back and has antibiotics now. :)”

About: Hello, I’m a mother of one, and we own a Siamese cat named Atlas. We had a dog a couple of years ago and he has since passed due to an accident and as we’re opening our hearts to the thought of a new member we’re also opening our doors to care for pets while we go on our own journey of finding our own Canine Best Friend. We reside in a a very safe- family friendly neighborhood.( Elgin, IL) Our cat; Atlas stays indoors and in his own room as he likes his privacy so there is no worries about anccidental ill encounters. Since I am a home-maker, a have a lot of time on my side. My regular routine with a toddler is very active in terms of going outside, going for walks, running etc and we wake up everyday with the same goal. “Be tired by the end of the day” 🏃🙏 Yard is UNFENCED. All dogs will be on their leash when playing in the yard. If they have an EXTENDED length leash, it’d be great for them to run around more freely!

“We had to leave our 4 yr old golden doodle boy with Matthew & Michelle for a week. This was his very first time without our company since he was brought home from the breeder 4 years ago. We were pretty worried if he could adjust himself to an absolutely new environment. But we were relieved with the care that Matthew & Michelle provided to our baby. First of all, they provided us a very flexible time to drop off and pick up, and then sent us the updates and photos every day. They allowed him to freely stay anywhere in the house just the way how he does at his own home. They walked him couple times a day, played with him in their backyard with his favorite toy, took him to the Memorial Day parade, allowed him to lay next to them while they were working, and gave him new toys to play. About: I have owned and raised 6 dogs in my lifetime and a very experienced pet owner. I have a ton of experience with large breeds. I love all animals and currently own a 2 year Australian shepherd, 20 chickens, and 2 cats. I provide a safe and loving home for dogs. Your dog will will receive a great deal of attention and affection and love. I am a stay-at-home mom so your pet wil receive lots of love and attention all day. I am home most of the day except during quick sports commitments or random errands. Our yard is three aces in an equestrian neighborhood. There are lots of horses, goats, chickens, and other animals around. Your pet will be accommodated for in our home as well as within a 1 acre fenced in horse pasture.

Our experience with Linda and George has been terrific. They offered to meet us ahead of our trip to make sure that we and our dog Buster were comfortable with them. They were friendly and easy to work with, made Buster very comfortable during his stay and kept up with his walks, even in the rain. We appreciated their text message updates and we would love to have them look after Buster again.
We are so fortunate to have discovered Goka! Our pets immediately fell in love with her and family. She kept our dog and made house calls for our cat.
