My weekends are free to play with your furry baby. I will only take 1 dog, or 2 dogs with one family, at a time so Mishka and I can give them all of our attention. If you would like to drop off on Friday, I am available after 4 pm.

I have one 12 year old Yorkie who loves to play with other dogs. Your furry baby is welcome to lay on the couch or lounge on the bed but I am happy to crate your dog if that is your preference. I am set up for small dogs with a ramp up to the bed and there are several dog beds throughout the house for your pet to relax in.

Please let me know if your dog has any behaviors that I should be aware of to ensure safety for all. I ask that your pets be on a flea/tick preventative and vaccinated. If you pet needs special food or treats prepared I am happy to do whatever is necessary so your dog will enjoy on their vacation with us.
A typical day
Mishka and I will play games with your dog, go on walks, play in the yard. Of course snuggling on the couch for a nap is always a favorite option. If the weather is not favorable I have a large, unfinished basement for us to play in. Please feel free to bring their favorite blanket to help your furry baby feel at home while on vacation.

Pet care experience
I have taken care of family cats and dogs since I was 8. I have given meds, hand fed, even fed with a syringe; whatever it takes to ensure your pet receives the care it needs. I love walking dogs. My dog prefers to be carried so she rides in a dog sling and off we go. So, what works for your dog will work for me. I am having a fence installed within in the next month so then your pet can roam and play in my backyard with Mishka and I. Mishka is 12 so I am also familiar with the needs of senior dogs.

Emily is a true dog lover! She has watched my French Bulldog who has special needs many times. He's always happy and healthy when I pick him up. I love the pictures she sends me when I'm away. I feel like he's getting a vacation while I'm gone. I wholeheartedly recommend Emily!
