I've had furry companions my entire life, and I've been dog-sitting and boarding for the past three years. I have a lot of patience and love to give, and I understand how difficult it can be for pets to be away from their humans. I love getting to know each dog's unique personality and making sure they feel safe and comfortable during their stay. To keep you connected, I'll send you plenty of photos and updates.

Danielle was amazing with our dog. Provided updates. Our dog has anxiety and doesn't do well in caged boardings. Danielle was very patient and took great care of her when we were away. 100% recommend and we'll use her again.

Schedule
I'm a widow with two boys, ages 11 and 14. I’m a licensed nail tech. While I'm also a certified Direct Support Professional (DSP) for people with developmental disabilities, I'm currently working from home to pursue my own business. This schedule gives me plenty of time to give your pet all the attention and care they need.

Your pets will feel right at home with us! Our home is completely smoke-free, and we have a big, fenced-in backyard where your dog can play safely. There's also a cozy sunroom for them to relax in. We have a friendly, almost 3-year-old cockapoo named Baella who loves making new friends. My excited 11-year-old is a great helper and enjoys playing with our furry guests. Your dog is welcome to make themselves comfortable on our furniture and can sleep wherever they like. While we don't crate-train, you are more than welcome to bring your own crate if you prefer.

A typical day
Our home is a dog's paradise! We have a spacious, fenced-in backyard for safe play and a sunroom for relaxing. For more adventure, a park with a large field is right across the street. We love to go on long walks, especially in the evenings. Our location is perfect for exploring, as we're within walking distance of downtown St. Charles and several local parks. For fun outings, we often visit Potawatomi Park, where dogs can play in the water, pumpkins farms during fall, local dog parks, so there are plenty of opportunities for your pup to socialize. We even have a trike with a large basket on the back, so we can all enjoy bike rides together. Your dog will have a fantastic time with us, with plenty of options for exercise, play, and relaxation!
