About: I have been pet sitting for several years ever since I was around the age of 13. Additionally, I work at Anderson Humane in South Elgin as a kennel tech and have been working there since August! I have worked with many different animals as a Kennel Tech, I also have experience with administering medicine and I am Fear Free certified. My animal experience is very important to me as I plan on majoring in animal science on the pre-vet track this upcoming fall when I head off to college! :) I work part time but I have plenty of time to care for your pets otherwise. My availability is open most of the time so just let me know when I’m needed and I should be able to accommodate! I look forward to meeting your pets! I am experienced in ensuring your animal stays comfortable and happy even if they may get nervous meeting someone new for example... About: When I had roommates, they have a cat who has wobbly cat syndrome (Cerebellar Hypoplasia) which makes him walk a little funny! He can’t go more than two to three steps without falling over, and eating is quite a challenge. Having cared for him has made me really patient and understanding of animals. I recently just left a data entry job, so I have all the time in the world to care for your pets! I love animals more than people so they are going to fit perfectly into my daily routine. I would spend time with your pet as much as you’d like! I love spending time with animals whether that’s playing with them, giving them pets, going on walks or just being next to them giving them company!

About: I’ve owned cats and dogs my whole life! I love both! I also rode horses for many years and have had friends with bunnies and rodents so I have experienced many types of animals I’m a college student! Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings i’m in an elementary school and Wednesday’s I spend my whole day on campus as well as Thursday afternoons. I’m free most of the time ! I don’t board animals due to my own pets. But i adhere to any schedules and routines done in the home. I also respect others property. I always leave the place clean and tidy after staying and make sure to communicate anything necessary.

About: I have always loved every different kind of animal out there, but spent my childhood with mostly just cats. 15 years ago, I adopted my first puppy, a German Short-haired Pointer, at the age of 8 weeks. My ex-husband and I decided to take the "treatless training" approach which was a huge success! Crate training, leash training, obedience training were all a collaborative effort and turned out extremely well. 10 years later, we adopted a sweet rescue named Gizmo who was already 7 years old, but became part of the family immediately. They have both passed on now to doggy heaven, but I am always the first to offer to care for other family member's pets anytime I can :) I'm currently working part-time from my home in Blackberry Creek and always have time for some fur-ball company. My 2 girls, 7 and 10 years old, are with me part time and are also very helpful, gentle and patient with our pets and hopefully yours! I have a fenced back yard with plenty of room for your fur-baby to play and exercise! If it better suits you, I can always come to your home as well for potty and play time :) UPDATE 6/8/26 - Since starting my Rover journey in 2022, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many amazing pets and their wonderful families. Along the way, our household has grown and changed in ways I never expected. In 2023, one of my regular Rover pups (actually a senior pup) became a permanent part of our family. Tigger’s owner had rescued him from a Chicago Animal Shelter just months before I began caring for him. As a 100 lb. Staffordshire Terrier, Great Dane, Bully, etc. mix, Tigger was a big boy with an even bigger heart. His owner dedicated to helping him become the best version of himself, especially since he wasn’t always comfortable around other dogs. With patience, training, and love, he blossomed into the sweetest, gentlest giant you could imagine. When his owner unexpectedly passed away, her husband reached out to ask if I would consider adopting Tigger. My answer was immediate: absolutely. I couldn’t bear the thought of him returning to a shelter. Bringing Tiggy into our family was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My girls and I were lucky enough to love, spoil, and cherish him for three wonderful years before he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We miss him every day, but are so grateful for the time we had together. Since then, we’ve also welcomed two adorable brother cats into our home. They keep us smiling and full our days with plenty of fun and affection. While our family has grown, we’re excited to have some doggy energy back in the house through Rover! When your pup stays with us, they’ll be welcomed with open arms and treated like a part of the family. We understand how much your pets mean to you because we’ve experienced firsthand just how special that bond can be. Our promise is simple: we’ll care for your furry family member with the same love, attention, and respect that we give our own. I work from home full time, so am able to provide your pup with all of the attention they deserve. They are free to run around in the fenced-in backyard and play at their fullest extent! Every pet owner has a different perspective on how to care for their pets. Some require a special routine for dinnertime or bedtime, while others require basic care with lots of love. I will follow whatever instructions are given to me by the owner…and I promise not to judge 😊

About: I’ve had Dogs since I was little. I currently have 2 German Short Haired Pointers which is a very high energy breed dog. With that being said I’m comfortable and able to care for small to big dogs including high energy fur babies🐾 I’ve also been a Nanny for 4 years and care for toddlers so i’m ready for anything! I’m currently working part time as a nanny while attending ECC for Nursing. This allows me to have a flexible schedule to care for your pet(s)! Having owned dogs my whole life i’m comfortable with any care your pet may need. For example, giving dogs medication as my own dog is very stubborn about it.

About: I have been taking care of my Australian shepherd since I was twelve years old. I've been grooming her, walking her, training her, and feeding her since I was a child. Throughout my life I have gotten two more dogs and many more animals that I have loved taking care of. My college classes have all been online so I have had plenty of time to be at home and spend time with my three dogs. At my home I have three dogs. Two that usually keep to themselves but one Husky that loves to play. I have a large fenced in back yard with plenty of room to run around, as well as cages to crate dogs if needed.

About: I had family pets throughout my childhood that I would help take care of. Now, I have 2 dogs of my own! they are both two years old and have a ton of energy. I have a very flexible schedule with my other job. I am mostly always available to pet sit or take your dog for a walk, unless I am traveling. I have an adorable friendly golden retriever and high energy ausiedoodle that always wantto play, I have many toys and treats, and a crate if needed.
