About: I have worked in two animal care environments, one being a pet sitting/dog walking company, the other being a dog day care facility. I have supervised and cared for groups of dogs, as well as provided walks, play time, or fresh food/water. I also frequently used to watch my neighbors pups and home when they went out of town on vacations. I grew up with and helped take care of 2 cats and 2 dogs (a golden retriever mix and a german shepherd), as well as a few other critters like hamsters and hermit crabs, and I have currently have a cat of my own! I work full time but still have plenty of opportunities for pet care! Tuesdays and Wednesdays I am always working 7 am to 3 pm, Thursdays I am normally free morning or evening hours. The rest of the week I either work 7-3pm or 2-9pm (and I will communicate with you to work out a schedule!) I definitely have a lot of experience going to different client homes and working with a variety of situations and breeds. I love to give everyone's fur babies some love and care, like giving them some head or belly scratches, some play time, time to run around outside if need be, or providing some fresh water and a friendly person for them to hang out with.
13. Kaitlyn L.
“Would recommend”
14. Taylor R.
“Taylor has a passion for animals, she always goes above and beyond when watching our dogs. She always keeps us updated and keeps them active.”
15. Renee L.
“She is a very responsible person, attentive, punctual, very affectionate and loving with animals. And what better person to be with animals than her, who is a zootechnical veterinary doctor.”
16. Jen V.
“Jen was so good with all my cats and my dog. I was honestly concerned that my pet care needs were asking too much but Jen was amazing and completed everything I asked! My baby girl was very comfortable with her and knew she was safe. I would refer her to anyone looking for a caring pet caregiver who will ensure your pets safety and happiness. She has definitely earned a repeat client with me and will most likely be main/only dog walker unless she’s unavailable haha. Anyways, book her if you can!”
17. Lauren B.
“Lauren has helped watch many of her neighbor's dogs (large and small), cats, guinea pigs & hamsters since 7th grade. Nine years later, as an upcoming senior in college, she's a responsible, reliable, caring animal baby-sitter. Over the past year, Lauren has bonded with and walked dogs at Orphans of the Storm Animal Shelter in Riverwoods, IL. Her love and attention has helped many find their forever homes. During her college school year, she volunteers at Tails Animal Shelter in DeKalb, IL with the same loving attention to their animals.”
18. Lauryn A.
“Love the quick response when booking and I was able to keep in touch before the walk session to give updates and information. Everything went well with the walk and I love the feedback and the pictures that were provided. Great experience and will definitely book again!”
19. Jonathan S.
“Jonathan took great care of my girl and even made her friends.”
20. Kara E.
“Kara is amazing!! She was flexible, kind and very professional. Our fur baby Juliette loved her. She kept us up to date the entire time and provided a detailed recap of their time together. It’s always hard to trust your fur baby to someone new, but Kara went above and beyond to ensure all our questions were answered and we were comfortable.”
