About: I have extensive knowledge, regarding care, medication administration, training - grooming and more! I take passion in helping animals, have worked with them my whole life as well as professionally worked at a surgical vet clinic, enhancing medical - related knowledge. I currently am a full time canine - feline mom! I spend my time through the week, traveling with my dog, training my dogs, and spending enrichment time with my cats. I have plenty of time to spend with your pets, as well as being on - call or short notice available. About: My whole life I’ve had animals cats dogs farm animals I love them all. I’ve handled big dogs and small dogs and have sitted for friends when they leave for vacation. I currently work full time but still have time on weekends and Wednesday evenings to take care of any pet of all sizes. I am comfortable with all pets My cat has her cat tower and clean litter boxes and she also sleeps in bed too. Lots of play time playing with her toys as well

About: When I had roommates, they have a cat who has wobbly cat syndrome (Cerebellar Hypoplasia) which makes him walk a little funny! He can’t go more than two to three steps without falling over, and eating is quite a challenge. Having cared for him has made me really patient and understanding of animals. I recently just left a data entry job, so I have all the time in the world to care for your pets! I love animals more than people so they are going to fit perfectly into my daily routine. I would spend time with your pet as much as you’d like! I love spending time with animals whether that’s playing with them, giving them pets, going on walks or just being next to them giving them company!

About: I’ve done dog walking and drop in visits in the past working with dogs, small critters, and cats. I have about 2 years of experience with dog walking and drop in visits and haven’t had any complaints that I know of from the pet owners that I was working with. I understand the body language of both dogs and cats and I’m able to respect the pets boundaries and know how to access a situation. I also used to work at the animal shelter for a bit! Currently I don’t have a job other than Rover so I have the time to take care of your pets and my schedule is pretty open. I have 2 cats and I take care of them by feeding them wet food 2 times a day and dry food throughout the day and I also scoop their litter boxes and play with them. I’m very respectful of clients homes and respect the rules they have in place for their home because everyone’s care for their pets and homes are different.

About: Hello! I’ve recently decided to join Rover to help around the Chicago area. To me, animals/pets are a gift. Since I was born we always had a family dog. I had a Yorkie named Willy I got in first grade, I was very shy and he was my best friend growing up, I was never alone with him by my side. I volunteered at a couple animal shelters a few times a month when I was younger and always got recognized for how the animals would take to me. I’m a very easy going, energetic and understanding person, just being around animals brings me joy. I would love to help you keep your dog or cat active, happy and satisfied everyday :) I'm currently working part-time (3 days a week, 25 hours) so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! I'm available for boarding on weekends and weekdays after 2 pm currently. ***I started Rover in Arizona in 2019 and have been moving and figuring a lot out since then so my responses haven't been the best previously but I'm finally settled down and fully committing to this as a side job for me and promise to respond promptly :)*** I have a small fenced back yard. I live in Bucktown so I'm pretty lucky to even have that. My pup loves it back there!

About: I'm located in Sycamore, IL and am familiar with the surrounding area. I’ve been caring for dogs of all ages and sizes for most of my life, from puppies to senior sweethearts. Whether it’s playtime, long walks, or just plenty of cuddles, I make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and loved. I understand that each dog has their own personality and needs, and I take the time to get to know them so they feel right at home with me. Your dog will be treated like family—with patience, kindness, and lots of belly rubs. On each visit I can spend 30 minutes or a couple of hours, even overnight - whatever your fur baby needs. I'm currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to give your pets the love, care, and attention they so richly deserve. I'm happy to spend a quick 30 minutes, a few hours, or overnight - whatever your fur babies need! Some holidays are available, but do fill up quickly. I will provide your pet with the same care and consideration that you do. I'll make sure they not only have their food, water, and bathroom breaks, but plenty of playtime, walks, and love on the schedule you wish them to have. Keeping their routine as close to normal is my goal while your pets are in my care.

About: Hello! I have been very lucky to grow up and still currently be surrounded by animals of all kinds.Dogs and cats have always had a special place in my heart. Not only do I live with animals, I have also worked with cats, dogs, and small animals at 2 local shelters. I’m excited to work together! :) I currently am available 6 days a week, excluding Tuesdays. Any other day of the week, I can be there for you and your furry friends needs. I have the knowledge to safely crate, walk, feed, and medicate your cat/dog friend. And promise to give them the care, time, and love requested.

About: I’ve cared for dogs, cats, reptiles, and fish for the last 15+ years. I am a certified Dog Star Dog Trainer. I also managed a pet store for over 2 years; responsible for multiple animals at once. My family and I have breed dogs as well for the past 10 years. I am comfortable with all breeds, temperaments, and care needs. I work as a part time mental health therapist. I set my own schedule, I’m pretty flexible in my schedule. I am also home most weekend & holidays as my family lives local as well. I have two pups, a Bernese Mountain Dog and a rescue pitbull. I spend my free time traveling with my spouse and our fur babies. I know what it’s like to worry about your pet at home, I’ll treat your baby like you would.

About: I have taken care of cats, dogs, lizards (and even hedgehogs for a couple years!) since I was 10 years old. I love all pets and am happy to go out and play or sit and relax, all depending on the pet’s needs. I have administered medication to senior cats, middle-aged to senior dogs, and lizards. I do not mind helping to clean your house if there are any accidents or messes made while I am there! I am looking for a summer job as I have a couple smaller, less frequent opportunities throughout the summer. I am going to do my masters at NIU in the fall, so I will be in the area for a while! I would love to get out and do lots of walks to enjoy the summer weather. I have two cats at home that get played with daily and enjoy relaxing with me at the end of the day. Because my cats will eat anything and everything, I am very aware of what is left out in my house as well as other spaces. I am happy to clean up any messes or accidents made while I am at your home and make sure everything is the same or better than you left it for an overnight stay. I have pet sit for many friends and family and have had no complaints! I will make sure to take pictures of your pet so you know they are happy and safe, it’s what I would want from anyone who takes care of my cats!
