About: I’ve had cats my entire life, I’ve also had several rodents, mice and rats, and I’ve looked after friends dogs. I have fostered many cats and I’m also very experienced with giving animals medicine. I work remote and will have plenty of time to spend with your fur baby! I just graduated college, I’m looking for an additional source of income to add to my remote job. I’m pretty open week days and may be able to make different times work on Fridays and Sundays. My schedule can be flexible, so feel free to reach out 🙂 I will follow all of the owners instructions, send pictures and text message updates. I can have cats and cat friendly dogs spend the night. I have experience providing standard animal needs, as well as greater needs such as senior animal care and medication for dogs and cats. Due to the nature of my job, my work hours are flexible allowing me to care for your pet as preferred by you! Early mornings, evenings, and weekends—your pet will be cared for like family. We have two boxers who love to visit with new friends any chance they get! We have a fenced in back door with a doggy door so pups are able to play as desired. We are able to shut the door in order to fit your pets needs. For pets who prefer their own home, I am happy to follow their typical routines and needs to ensure they feel safe and loved in their own home while you’re away.

About: I’ve done dog walking and drop in visits in the past working with dogs, small critters, and cats. I have about 2 years of experience with dog walking and drop in visits and haven’t had any complaints that I know of from the pet owners that I was working with. I understand the body language of both dogs and cats and I’m able to respect the pets boundaries and know how to access a situation. I also used to work at the animal shelter for a bit! Currently I don’t have a job other than Rover so I have the time to take care of your pets and my schedule is pretty open. I have 2 cats and I take care of them by feeding them wet food 2 times a day and dry food throughout the day and I also scoop their litter boxes and play with them. I’m very respectful of clients homes and respect the rules they have in place for their home because everyone’s care for their pets and homes are different.

About: Hi! I’m Michael, and caring for dogs isn’t just something I do. It’s been a huge part of my life since 2010. For over 16 years, I worked as a professional dog walker, pet sitter, trainer, and route manager in the Chicago area. During that time, I worked with two highly respected pet care companies, Worthhee and Swooft, where I wasn’t just trusted to care for clients’ beloved pets, but also to manage walking routes, train and onboard new team members, and help maintain the high standards our clients expected. Over the years, I’ve cared for just about every breed, size, age, and personality imaginable. From energetic puppies learning good manners to gentle senior dogs needing extra patience and specialized care, I’ve truly seen it all. I’m experienced administering medications, caring for dogs with medical conditions, changing diapers for senior pets, working with reactive or anxious dogs, and making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. I’m also certified in Dog and Cat CPR, because I believe our pets deserve someone who’s prepared for the unexpected, not just the everyday. I love all pets and am happy to go out and play or sit and relax, all depending on the pet’s needs. I have administered medication to senior cats, middle-aged to senior dogs, and lizards. I do not mind helping to clean your house if there are any accidents or messes made while I am there! I am looking for a summer job as I have a couple smaller, less frequent opportunities throughout the summer. I am going to do my masters at NIU in the fall, so I will be in the area for a while! I would love to get out and do lots of walks to enjoy the summer weather. I have two cats at home that get played with daily and enjoy relaxing with me at the end of the day. Because my cats will eat anything and everything, I am very aware of what is left out in my house as well as other spaces. I am happy to clean up any messes or accidents made while I am at your home and make sure everything is the same or better than you left it for an overnight stay. I have pet sit for many friends and family and have had no complaints! I will make sure to take pictures of your pet so you know they are happy and safe, it’s what I would want from anyone who takes care of my cats!

About: I'm located in Sycamore, IL and am familiar with the surrounding area. I’ve been caring for dogs of all ages and sizes for most of my life, from puppies to senior sweethearts. Whether it’s playtime, long walks, or just plenty of cuddles, I make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and loved. I understand that each dog has their own personality and needs, and I take the time to get to know them so they feel right at home with me. Your dog will be treated like family—with patience, kindness, and lots of belly rubs. On each visit I can spend 30 minutes or a couple of hours, even overnight - whatever your fur baby needs. I'm currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to give your pets the love, care, and attention they so richly deserve. I'm happy to spend a quick 30 minutes, a few hours, or overnight - whatever your fur babies need! Some holidays are available, but do fill up quickly. I will provide your pet with the same care and consideration that you do. I'll make sure they not only have their food, water, and bathroom breaks, but plenty of playtime, walks, and love on the schedule you wish them to have. Keeping their routine as close to normal is my goal while your pets are in my care.
