“Kassandra was wonderful with our cats. We took a near 3-week trip and she came over each day to make sure our girls were cared for. She is a great communicator and asked questions about each cat making sure there were no concerns. Even our skittish girl who doesn’t like anyone eventually came around. She also vacuumed before we came home which wasn’t necessary but very much appreciated. We will be using Kassandra again when we head out of town. I was nervous about leaving them for such a long time but knowing they were well cared for put me at ease. The daily pictures Kassandra made sure to send with comments each day definitely helped as well. Five stars across the board. Thank you so much!”

She went the extra mile and make sure to give them some "outdoor" time (safely, through a screened window) for a few minutes each day - something I don't even do! Ha! She really impressed me by taking detailed notes during her informational visit, and she asked great follow-up questions too. She followed instructions exactly and sent great pictures of the kitties on the Rover card each day, which my daughter greatly appreciated - they are my daughters emotional support kitties, and they are very precious to us! Although we were nervous to leave our kitty for so long, we received daily updates and photos from Ann, and Bubba seemed very happy and taken care of when we got back. Now when I drop off Lu Lu she rushes right up to the door as if she’s coming home. Lu Lu gets lots of attention and exercise. Jeannie has a caring nature and she’s very attentive.
