About: I love dogs of all shapes and sizes! I had two labs growing up and another lab in my early twenties who I still grieve for today. I currently have no dogs of my own so I pour all my love into my friend’s dogs. The dog I had my twenties had behavioral issues and required patience and understanding in a short amount of time he went from being withdrawn and antisocial to a complete love bug! I’m unemployed but I take care of my disabled mom. Because of this I have a very flexible schedule. I have always loved dogs and miss having one of my own. I’m always excited to spend time with my friend’s dogs. I don’t plan on boarding any dogs at my own home. With how my mom’s health is now it wouldn’t be a good idea to do so.

About: hello! my name is charlize i’m 22 i’ve grown up with animals my whole life and now i currently work at an animal hospital helping taking care of the dogs and cats that come in to see the vet. i’m very experienced with animals and taking care of animals and i love all different kinds of animals. i’ve worked at the animal hospital now for two and a half years and its been the most amazing two and a half years of my life. i am also going to school to practice becoming a veterinarian so i am really excited to meet all new furry friends for more experience. i am good with administering medication, i am good with dealing with aggressive dogs, i am good with any diabetic cat or dog with dosing insulin. you name it and i can do it!! i work part time hours at the animal hospital during the summer months and full time during fall and winter but i am extremely flexible, as i work on my terms and conditions. i am willing to fit last minute accommodation if it works with my personal schedule but i can also take time out of my day if needed to walk a dog etc. i unfortunately cannot have pets in my building but i am more than willing and able to go to anyone else’s beloved home to pet sit, or walk, or feed animals. i come in with a soft expression and wait for the animals to get used to me and my scent and then i wait for their approval to come further in their home/space. i am very careful to not touch them when they don’t want to be touched and i am always patient with animals especially if they’re new to my route.

About: I offer flexible services and scheduling, and I’m happy to provide boarding, house sitting, or drop-in visits for walks and playtime throughout the day. I’ve grown up with family dogs my entire life and have been involved in their daily care, so being around dogs feels second nature to me. In addition to that experience, I regularly care for friends’ and neighbors’ dogs, both in their homes and in mine. If your dog is comfortable and reliable off-leash, I love taking them to a park where they can safely run and play, or I can provide longer walks and extra activity based on their energy level and needs. I mainly do boarding on weekends since I’m in the office three days a week, but my schedule is pretty flexible. I can usually work from home when needed or swing by during lunch to let dogs out, especially if you’re close by. I always make sure your pet gets plenty of attention and care. I make sure dogs are fed on schedule and get plenty of walks, potty breaks, and playtime throughout the day. I also love spending quality time just hanging out with them—since I don’t have dogs of my own, I love giving each pup tons of attention, affection, and care. If I’m house sitting, I’m happy to bring in mail and packages daily and take great care of your home so you can relax while you’re away!

I can provide pet sitting in your own home. I can perform feeding, walking, play time and waste clean up. For owners who allow their dogs to visit Lakewood Dog Park’s expansive exercise area, I monitor those dogs while they run and play off leash under my constant supervision. While indoors, I follow the rules that my pet owners prefer whether it be cuddling on furniture and slumbering in bed with me or crating them within their cozy caves with their favorite snuggle toy. I do everything I can to mirror the eating, playing, and napping comfort with the same positive experiences your pet receives in your living home while throwing in a little extra spoiling 🐶❤️🐶
