About: I've grown up looking and caring for puppies to senior dogs. Went to college and did veterinary classes to help take care of them better. when I graduated I interned at a Zoo where I thought the public about various animals and cared for the education animals! Safety is so important that I try to work it into my daily schedule. I work with my own dog on being examined on his eyes, ears, etc. to decrease stress at vet appointments. I am always watching him while he's out in my fenced in backyard as well. I check the environment of hazards multiple times a week. whether that be checking the home for things pets can choke on or make them sick or outside for other hazards.

About: My doggies taught me everything I know. They are no longer here - they went to doggy heaven and we miss them all the time. My teens and I have a lot love to give and want to share with your doggy. You can rest assured we would treat your doggy as if it were ours. Also, anything under 10.5 miles for more than 1 day I offer pick up and dropp off. I work from home and have a very tight routine in our home that will help your pet feel calm and secure. Since pets thrive on routine it will bring them peace and calmness. I can give extra walks when it's a nice day and make sure we stay active if need or relaxed and enjoying a lazy "dog day". I have a quiet, grassy backyard that gives dogs a calm place to sniff, stretch their legs, and enjoy fresh air. It's a low-stress space that's great for potty breaks and relaxed outdoor time. I'm very mindful of which dogs are a good fit for my space and always put safety and comfort first so that your pups feel happy and at ease while they're with me. Doggies are allowed on our beds and couches and even our bathrooms :) - we keep a light sense of humor

For many years I also took care of my neighbor’s dogs when they traveled and had my own dog for 7 years. I currently have 2 cats. I have volunteered with Save-a-Pet, a no-kill animal shelter in Lake County. I’m currently a pet sitter part time, so have lots of time to take care of your pets! My schedule varies from week to week but I am pretty flexible when it comes to drop-in times and visits. I am not able to support boarding at this time but do offer overnight visits. About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my five years of hands-on experience with a variety of dogs, including larger breeds like my boyfriend’s St. Bernard mix and more energetic ones like my sister’s Goldendoodle. I truly love spending time with dogs—whether it’s playing, walking, or just relaxing together. I’m confident handling different temperaments and sizes, and I always treat every dog like they’re part of my own family. Pet care fits into my routine really well! I am a full time student finishing college up online and heading into student teaching. My school schedule is very flexible! This allows me to be available throughout the day to give your dog the attention and care they need. I usually work best with dogs who need to be let out every 4–6 hours, which fits perfectly into my schedule. I don’t offer in home care but I am comfortable in other clients home and am willing to help around the house if needed. I care for all pets like they are my own!

I’ve been pet sitting for puppies, older dogs, hedgehogs, rabbits, birds, cats, reptiles and Guinea pigs.
