About: I've had pets all through late childhood and into adulthood. I currently live in an apartment that makes owning pets difficult, but I love nothing more than to snuggle up on the couch with a fluffy friend and a book. I've been able to get my "puppy fix" by petsitting for friends and family. I'm the one they call when they'll be out of town or working late to take care of their fluffy family member. I'm looking for more dogs and cats to add to my life long friend list. I currently work full time, 1 evening a week. I don't have any pets of my own to take care of, so i'm pretty flexible when it comes to taking care of others' pets. I love taking dogs for walks or hikes. I'm available to come and visit a pet to give companionship, meals, potty breaks, etc. I have experience with puppies as well as senior pets.

About: Hi there! I am so excited to finally be making my pet-sitting official with Rover. I am still new-ish to the area after having moved back in with my parents a little less than a year ago (originally from New Jersey, then moved to California for college and work). I have had the pleasure of taking care of my family dog (Winnie the Cavapoo) since we got her 9 years ago. Hanging out with her is one of my favorite things to do, and she truly makes each day better with every walk we go on and every cuddle we share. I've also gotten to dog-sit for some of my best friends and locals while I was in college, and it really helped me whenever I was missing my Winnie girl! My only hope is to provide you with peace of mind that your pup is in good hands with me! My schedule is pretty wide open and flexible! If there is a time/day on my schedule that looks unavailable, message me and I'll see if I can move things around to make it work (as I share a car with a family member). If you need me to come over and pet-sit at your home, I will respect all the rules you provide me with so you are comfortable with having me in your home while I watch your fur baby. Please let me know in advance to your booking if your pet is allowed on furniture, or in certain areas of your home, and what/where are absolute no-go's, so I can remember to keep them away from those areas. If you use a crate with them, please let me know how you use it with them - if they must be crated the entirety of time while indoors aside from meal and potty times, or if for certain periods of time. If you have a backyard that is fenced and secure, I am comfortable with letting them of their leash (if you permit it) so they have free reign to run around, but if it is not an enclosed space, I am not comfortable letting them off their leash, even if they are trained perfectly - just want to be safe and take all the precautions I can to make sure they are safe while with me!

About: I am DEFINITELY an animal person! I live a very active lifestyle so I am more than happy to go out and play with your pets, but also just as satisfied relaxing and cuddling! I have had dogs my entire life and think they truly are a mans' best friend. Growing up, I have taken care of the two dogs I have had (maltese and pitbull) a lot, as my parents have gone out of town for work. I have dog- and cat-sat on and off over the past 6 years so am very comfortable. I currently work remotely, so I have loads of flexibility to care for your pet! About: I've grown up with dogs my entire life and have been walking/sitting since high school. I have walked dogs of all sizes and even those that are reactive. I recently moved to Milwaukee from Chicago so I am used to walking dogs in busy cities! I am currently unemployed so I am fully available to help out with your pups! I also have a car here so distance to you is not a problem! My #1 priority is your pups and my safety on our walks. I will never put us in a situation that could go bad. About: I’ve been a house sitter and dog walker for other people for years, while also taking care of family rescues also! Puppies and kitties of all ages and sizes, from Great Danes to Bichon! Nardie is a long hair part Maine Coone cat. He is about 15 years old and he is diabetic which means I give him insulin shots 2x a day. He is a sweet loving man who loves to cuddle and be by my side. Nardie likes fresh water everyday and a clean liter box. I make sure to keep a close eye on his pee pad in his box to ensure any changes in his urine output as well as his water intake I am currently caring for pets *clients home only* please tell me everything there is to know about your little one and I promise to pay close attention to their needs and ensure they are cared for with so much love! About: Something that sets me apart is that I’m a dog trainer, actively pursuing to achieve certification for professional dog trainer. I participate regularly with dog training and actively see a dog training mentor weekly. I have loved dogs since I was very little. I do a pretty good job at reading their body language and how to anticipate their next moves.I’m able to reduce the anxiety a dog might have being away from you and with a new person. I use positive reinforcement by being gentle and firm and I try to be fun and playful with the dog or puppy. I have two dogs. I actively take them out, I feed them every morning and night. I bathe when they need it. I walk them and take them to dog classes or improve any behavior issues they might have or come across. Apart from my dogs, I participle imagine dog training classes as a student and to demonstrate dog training techniques. Such as: Sitting, downing, standing, staying and walking nicely in lead, etc. Maintaining owners schedule such as feeding, walking, medications, etc. Ensuring the cleanliness of the dog and dog waste in the yard or other properties. I will actively play with the dogs to tire them out and do what I can to ensure the health and enjoyment of the dog.

Unfortunately I am allergic to cats and do not want to track dandruff home, so I will not be offering services for cats aside from drop ins. In the meantime I figured this is a great opportunity to still be around animals and be able to care for them as if they were my own before I look into adopting a new fur baby!
