About: I’m a caring and dependable person who genuinely enjoys spending time with dogs. I’ve cared for my friend’s dog while they were away on vacation, including making sure they were fed, walked, comfortable, and given plenty of attention and companionship. I understand how important it is to know your dog is in good hands while you’re away, and I’ll treat every dog I care for with the same patience, attention, and care I would want for my own. My schedule is currently very flexible, which gives me plenty of availability for walks and dog care during the week and on weekends. I’m typically available mornings and afternoons and can be flexible depending on your dog’s routine and needs. I’m happy to care for your dog in the comfort of their own home and follow their normal routine. I can take them on walks, play with them outside, give them plenty of attention and companionship, and keep them active throughout the day. With the owner’s permission, I’m also happy to take them on outings to places like Petco or the dog park. About: I have been taking care of dogs ranging from a few lbs to 100+ lbs for years! I have also been caring for different types of cats just as long :) Growing up we always had a dog in the house, so that has made me super comfortable to be around them. Whether I’m walking, feeding, cleaning, or administering medication, I am definitely not afraid of the job! I am a proud mama of 2 cats named Archie and Simon. They are my absolute world! I have an extremely flexible work schedule that allows me to almost work fully remote. I would be able to stop over at the house pretty much whenever you need me to. I will always make sure to talk through your expectations to ensure you are comfortable with the nature of each type of visit. I typically would not host any pets in our home. We have a fenced in backyard and several spaces; however, I would not want to put your pet or my cats in an uncomfortable space. At a clients home, I am more than comfortable with backyard access, crate training, cleaning litter boxes, accessing food/water, and any other requirements for the visit! (Totally fine bringing in mail/watering plants!) I will only access the spaces you need me to. I am also fine spending the night if needed. That would be something we could discuss case by case!
About: I have been around cats and dogs most of my life, and have had my own dogs for 10+ years. Right now I have three- a tiny Chihuahua, a medium Carolina mix, and a HUGE Rhodesian Ridgeback. I trained them myself and they are my whole world! We met with Caroline and she listened and heard everything we told er about our babies. She asked a lot of question, which was fantastic. She just spent the past 2 days with our babies. She not only earned their trust, but their love. Caroline spent time with them getting to know them, took them on walks, and was fantastic in our home. About: I own a GSD/Shar Pei Mix named Moose and have learned a lot since rescuing her in 2023. I've been volunteering at local shelters since then, where I care for dogs of varying ages. Earlier this year, I completed a three-month internship with the Penn Vet Working Dog Center where we trained dogs in obedience, agility, scent work, husbandry, and more.
