About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a young girl. I have grown up with them and have had 10 dogs in my life. I typically stay over night or do drop-in visits. I have pet sit for neighbors, family, and many friends. I am not currently working. I am available for drop in visits after 10am. I am also available for overnight sitting on weekends or weekdays, with proper notice. I am not able to bring dogs to my home, unfortunately. I am always respectful of other’s privacy and do what is needed for the pet.
“Megan stayed with our two dogs for 3 nights and everything went very smoothly! She sent lots of updates and pictures multiple times a day which was greatly appreciated. She went above and beyond with our babies. We would highly recommend her to anybody!”

“Lauren sent us pictures throughout the trip and asked questions I forgot to initially leave instructions for— I am very satisfied with Lauren’s work for us while we were away. Our dogs were in good hands.”

“Becca was wonderful! She was able to watch Tazer on short notice over a holiday weekend. She sent updates and photos letting me know how he was doing. I have never had someone new watch him before and she said he adjusted well. It was such a relief knowing I could get away and he was in great hands. I will definitely be using her to sit again.”

About: I’ve been caring for animals throughout my whole life and using Rover since the middle of 2022. I don’t have any pets of my own and my home is quiet and peaceful. My genuine love for animals, experience with various breeds and special needs, beautifully fenced in yard by the water, and emphasis on love and patience collectively set me apart as a dog sitter who provides exceptional care and creates a loving environment for the dogs entrusted to me. Let’s set up a meet-and-greet so I can meet your pup and you can see how much fun we’ll have together! I like to start the day with a quick potty break followed by some playful yard time to get the wiggles out, then it’s straight to breakfast. During the day we’ll stroll around the neighborhood, and sniff out some new spots. By evening it’s all about winding down, cozy vibes, and a yummy dinner to wrap up a tail-wagging day! I care for pets by observing their behavior, exercise, play, walks, and snuggles. Please bring along any favorite toys, crate, blankets, or other comfort items they love.
“Jordyn took great care of Polly in our house while we were gone a few days! She sent regular updates and pictures that gave us peace of mind that Polly was in great hands. Will definitely use Jordyn again for future trips!”

About: Bella’s Journey Pet care was born from my 16 years of hands-on experience caring for my own dog from puppyhood to her senior years. This lifelong journey taught me the joys and challenges of nurturing a pet through every stage of life—from playful puppy antics to managing the unique needs of an aging pet, including mobility support, medication, and gentle care. My deep understanding of pet behavior and health means I provide patient, compassionate, and personalized care for your beloved dog. I’m dedicated to treating your pets like family, supporting their happiness and well-being. Bella has crossed the rainbow bridge, but her Mom has plenty of love to share! We were also very blessed to own and care for three horses over a period of 15 years. Much larger scale than your beloved family remember. But an added layer of comfort knowing we are equipped for small and larger responsibilities! My background in holistic approaches to pet care will also offer you and your pet ease of mind. I work from home most weekdays. In order to provide personalized care. We only take two dogs at time. This ensuring a calm and peaceful environment. Reliable, caring in-home pet sitter providing attentive, stress-free care, feeding, walks, medication, and companionship, ensuring your pets stay comfortable, safe, and happy while you’re away.
“Haley and Alex came through for me in a very last-minute and stressful situation due to a family emergency. They stayed with my Boys and kept them happy and cared for in my home while I was out of town. They were great about keeping me updated, especially knowing how stressed I was since this was the first time anyone besides my immediate family took care of my pups. I would definitely book them again and will recommend them to all of my pet parent friends! 🐶🐾”

“Kelly was an exceptional sitter for our senior dog Jynx. He was a very happy camper when we got home so we knew he was well taken care of during his time with Kelly. She took care of our home like it was her own and I would highly recommend Kelly to sit for any dog owner who is going to be away. We would definitely have her watch Jynx again in the future..”

“Grace was excellent! She provided updates when needed and was very helpful and attentive to our requests and instructions. We came home to a happy, healthy puppy and a clean house. All we could ask for in a sitter! We will definitely be booking Grace again! Thanks, Grace!”

“Ashlee was so great! She stayed at our house for a few nights and pup sitted our 2 pups. She was great at communicating and sending us updates! She was respectful of our house and cleaned up after herself. We really liked her and so did the pups!”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my five years of hands-on experience with a variety of dogs, including larger breeds like my boyfriend’s St. Bernard mix and more energetic ones like my sister’s Goldendoodle. I truly love spending time with dogs—whether it’s playing, walking, or just relaxing together. I’m confident handling different temperaments and sizes, and I always treat every dog like they’re part of my own family. Pet care fits into my routine really well! I am a full time student finishing college up online and heading into student teaching. My school schedule is very flexible! This allows me to be available throughout the day to give your dog the attention and care they need. I usually work best with dogs who need to be let out every 4–6 hours, which fits perfectly into my schedule. I don’t offer in home care but I am comfortable in other clients home and am willing to help around the house if needed. I care for all pets like they are my own!

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Williams Park
It was hard to leave our dog as the 4th of July weekend is scary for her with the fireworks and she’s getting more nervous as she gets older, but when we got home we could tell Mark took great care of her (as always.) She wasn’t stressed at all and he took care of our house…mail, etc. as well. We love having Mark take care of Cookie as we don’t have to worry about her at all when we are away.

We had Allegra coming for a house sitting! She was absolutely wonderful! She took fantastic care of our little diva, Francie, and was incredibly responsible and self-sufficient throughout her stay. She left our home immaculate! Honestly, it was like she was never even there! We would definitely hire her again for future house sitting.

I have unfortunately had inconsistent experiences using Rover in the past and was hesitant in trying to find a dog sitter for a week long trip through Rover. Jacob however was great to work with and incredibly diligent and timely with my older (particular) dog. I cannot recommend him enough! His calm demeanor immediately put my pup at ease and he made sure to accomidate some specific needs (visits before I left, specific food needs and timely bathroom breaks) to keep my dog comfortable and happy. He communicated effectively before, during and after the trip, which is always greatly appreciated. I'll most definitely be requesting Jacob for any and all future trips.

Thank you, Joceline, for watching our pup and for all the thoughtful updates! You also took great care of our fish and chickens, and the house was in perfect shape when we returned. We really appreciated you helping with trash pick-up and bringing in the mail. Would definitely recommend!

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of August 2026, there are 2,405 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across Williams Park. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Williams Park walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Williams Park maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Williams Park choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Williams Park. On Rover:

- 97% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
