“Leigh and Richard gave absolute impeccable care to my special needs dog for 8 days! I have never been away from Annie (my dog) for that long and I was very concerned. After having 2 meet and greets with them, I realized that Annie was going to be in great hands. They followed all of the guidelines of feeding her 3 specialized meals a day, administrating her daily medicine and taking her on extra walks every day. She even got her daily belly rubs and lap time. They stayed in touch with me daily with phone calls, texts and photos. I don't think my surgical recovery would have gone as well as it did, if I was worried about Annie. I can't give enough praise to this wonderful dog care couple! Arpita was an amazing dog-sitter for our 2 dogs! One of our dogs is 15 years old and Arpita gave her extra attention and even hand-fed her when she wouldn't eat! We've never had to do this before and it worked!!! Both dogs got along very well with her own dog. She sent a lot of pics and updates throughout their stay to let us know how well they were adjusting to their new environment! She replied very quickly to any questions I asked throughout the process; from before the booking through their stay. Very flexible with drop-off and pickup times. It was nice to have a worry-free get away! We will definitely have our dogs stay with her again!
