“This was our second time using June and we couldn't be happier! She takes such wonderful care of our dog—she’s thorough, thoughtful, and always keeps us updated with great photos and messages. It’s clear she loves him and treats him like her own. ❤️ Our dog absolutely adores his hour-long walks with June (which she asked about ahead of time). He always comes home happy and tired! He also loves having Cookie to play with, which is such a fun bonus! We truly wouldn’t trust our pup with anyone else. June is amazing!!”
“I used Carla for the first time and I will definitely use her again. My dog is extremely active and gets bored easily (can't trust him alone in the house). Carla sent me videos and pictures of him playing with her golden and he had a great time and was active all day. We just came home and he is super tired just relaxing by my feet. Thank you for watching him Carla!”
“Byron and wife Martha are the best sitters for dog Noki! Byron keeps me posted with pictures of my Noki comfortable in there home. That really gives me and my husband a peace of mine when we are traveling without him. Thank you for making him feel at home.”
“Stella was attentive and loving to our little old little lady. It was Lola’s first time with a sitter other than family in her own home in her whole life. To say we were nervous for Lola and Stella’s family would be an understatement. We feel thoroughly blessed to have had Lola’s first sleepover at Stella’s and hope to book with her again soon!”
“Angela & Dave took great care of Scout. Angela was very communicative and sent photo updates throughout the stay. Scout made new friends with their dogs and the others staying too.”
“I'm sure everyone has those " Oh my god" kind of mornings. Hannah was sweet enough to listen our situation and watch Wasabi for a couple of days. Wasabi was so exited and had the best time.Huge thanks to Hannah!”
“We had a wonderful experience! Bingo is a shy and cautious dog, but she made him feel comfortable and took such great care of him. She kept us updated throughout his stay, sent us his photos and videos, and was always easy to communicate with, which we really appreciated. It was clear that Bingo was happy and well cared for. Highly recommend!!”
“Our dog’s stay with Michelle was longer than in prior stays but I received the same service - attention and daily detailed updates! My observation- she’s meticulous with the dogs and very detailed with their care. You can tell that she cares for them. Appreciate the help as always and will use her services again in the future!!”
“Patricia took amazing care of Zoey. She was great with sending us video and photo updates which gave us peace of mind. I highly recommend Patricia and look forward to having her watch Zoey again.”
“Eliza took such great care of our George! She sent updates and photos which we really appreciated! Thank you Eliza! George loved his stay with you and his new friend Lola :)”
“We trusted Julio with our golden retriever while out of town for a week. We received many smiling photos of our pup assuring us she was in great hands. Julio is nice to work with and we’ll be boarding with him again.”
“Jacqueline and Uriel loved my dog just like she was their own. I really appreciated the photos and videos throughout her time with them! I highly recommend and will visit again!”
“We normally have family or a close friend watch our sweet pup, but they were not available for our spring break trip this year. So, we very nervously set out to find a sitter for our dog. We found Leigh and her wonderful family on Rover and are so grateful! This is definitely a family that loves dogs. Leigh sent us pictures and updates every day so we could see how our dog was doing. They exercised him daily and kept him active! We are very grateful for Leigh and her family and would definitely book her again.”
“Treated the dig like gild Sent lots of pics and videos. The dog had so much fun i didnt think he would want to come home. They truly love the dogs they carr for.”
“All 3 of my dogs love Deidre and staying with her! She does a wonderful job of integrating all of the dogs she’s watching with each other. I know my dogs had so much fun playing with the others. Love that she has a fenced in yard for lots of outside time too!”
“Their house was very clean and so was their super large back yard. Both their dogs are super friendly and we felt super safe to leave our dog in their house. The best part is they keep sending us pics of him. We would leave him with Mark and Julie again in the future :)”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Lake Barrington
We had another wonderful experience with Kelly. Charlie stayed with her and her pups for the weekend-and it just happened to be Charlies 3rd Birthday. She went above and beyond celebrating him with homemade dog-friendly cupcakes, which was so thoughtful and adorable. It gave us such peace of mind that he was not only looked after but truly cared for. Once again he came home happy, healthy and relaxed. We are very grateful for the extra effort Kelly put in to make his Birthday special!! Highly recommend her to anyone.
