Our dog is older and has some higher needs but Kent managed them very easily, and he even sent a few pictures and notes to check in with us throughout the stay. Kent was also very responsive, flexible and easy to work with regarding drop off and pickup times. I accidentally miscommunicated my pickup time on our way back from our trip, and when I realized the error and messaged Kent he was quick to adapt to accommodate us.
