About: I’ve taken care of a variety of dogs since I was little and have loved every second. I was always helping out my family’s and neighbor’s pets - and now I finally got my own puppy in August of 2025. Trained him all on my own and he is the sweetest boy! I work at a kindergarten with special education during the school year. Once June hits, I will be officially out for summer break and plan on focusing all my attention on Rover. I will have all the time on my hands to drop in and take care of your pets! My 10 month old dachshund is very well taken care of. About: I’ve grown up with dogs most of my life and wouldn’t have it any other way. My spouse and I absolutely love animals and taking care of furry pets that need a place to stay. We have two dogs of our own, Meringue (8 pounds, a Coton) and Moose (12 pounds, a Pekingese mix) We have taken care of dogs for friends, families, and have also fostered dogs. We believe and understand that dogs are family members and trusting them with others is a big decision. We treat our boarding experience the way we would like to receive it for our pups. We do this by providing consistent communication and updates to you (how are they’re acclimating, eating/drinking, playful, on their potty schedules, etc) and being responsive to questions. The ideal boarding situation would keeping your pups normal routines in place, just in a different setting so it doesn’t throw off their schedules completely. We strive for consistency for your furry family members in a happy, safe, and vacation like setting for them. *Note - we are accepting small to medium dogs only at this time. Max 30 pounds. Both my spouse and I work from home. We are able to accommodate and ensure the dogs are taken care of and kept to schedule. We take safety very seriously. We will not walk more than 2-3 dogs at a time. We have puppy gates and areas for them that are safe and can provide them room to roam and play. When they are outside we keep them on leash and have a watchful eye to ensure their safety.

About: I love dogs of all shapes and sizes! I had two labs growing up and another lab in my early twenties who I still grieve for today. I currently have no dogs of my own so I pour all my love into my friend’s dogs. The dog I had my twenties had behavioral issues and required patience and understanding in a short amount of time he went from being withdrawn and antisocial to a complete love bug! I’m unemployed but I take care of my disabled mom. Because of this I have a very flexible schedule. I have always loved dogs and miss having one of my own. About: I have watched dogs for friends and family since I was 12. I have cared for all sizes of dogs and own two dogs myself, one of which is a senior so I am familiar with special needs and instructions. I have been trusted to drop in, feed, let out, and walk dogs and have been trusted to stay overnight with them. “Sitter was absolutely fantastic. Very responsive whenever I had a question. Is very knowledgeable about her craft in watching the dogs. Sent me constant updates to let me know when she fed, walked or gave meds to my dog. She has an extreme attention to detail. I mentioned the reason for the sitting and then she messaged us wishing the person a happy birthday and it was very heartfelt. All in all outstanding experience and will use again.”
“Carla is the best!! She watched our Bichon over a long weekend and gave him great care. He’s a VERY picky eater and being a Senior pooch, can be a little difficult at times. Carla sent us videos and pictures all weekend and it was relief to see him enjoying himself.”

“We were very happy to find Joanne and her family to care for our dog Tipper. They were very friendly and very complimentary of Tipper when we had our meet and greet. Tipper is a high energy pup and got along well with their dog Honey. Joanne sent daily updates with pictures which we appreciated. When we picked Tipper up she had all her things packed up and ready to go. We appreciated that because we were tired from our trip. We were also pleased that Tipper was tired too. This tells us she was given lots of attention and activity during her stay at Joanne’s. Tipper spent the afternoon and evening napping as we did too. We have already mentioned to Joanne that we’d like to use her again this summer. We highly recommend her as a great dog sitter!”
About: I have had dogs my whole life. Watching family and friends dogs gives me great joy! Dogs have been a part of my whole life. I love them dearly, my sister in law travels quite often which gives me the opportunity to watch her two dogs. One is a puppy full of energy and they are so fun to spend time with and play. Love going on walks to the forest preserves out in nature. let me be your dogs new friend. I work four days a week Tuesday thru Friday until 3:30pm. I'm available for boarding Friday nights thru Monday. I can take dogs for walks on Mondays, Weekends, and Tuesday-Friday after 4. I have a big home plenty of space to run around and play. My backyard is good size and fenced in. I can update you with photos of your dog. I can maintain the feeding schedule as required. I will make sure your dog has plenty outdoor time walks or just playing in my yard.
