About: We are a homeschooling family with 4 kiddos and 1 lazy pup! We live on 2 acres in a country setting and would love to help you out by watching your favorite furry friends! We’ll love on them and treat them like one of our own! We have had dogs in our lives for as long as we can remember and look forward to meeting you and yours. You can expect daily updates while you are away and you can rest assured that your pet is safe and cared for in a warm and loving environment. We only accept 1 dog at a time so you can be confident in knowing your pet will receive the utmost attention. Katie is home all day to homeschool our kids, so you can also be assured your dog will be active all day long! We both work full-time from home so we are always available to care for your pets! In our home, our pets are a part of our family, we often refer to them as our furry children! We live on almost 2 acres of land, so plenty of space for your pet to play outside. We are happy to accommodate any special requests.

About: Hi Dog lovers! My name is Abigail and dogs have been a part of my life since I can remember. Growing up I was responsible for walking, feeding and pouring attention into our two German shorthaired pointer dogs. When my neighbors would go on vacation they would ask me to watch their four dogs and I also became the 'go to' person when their dogs would get loose in the neighborhood. Fortunately, that never happened on my watch! My current dog is a high energy Pitbull Lab mix, who thinks he is a lap dog. :) Most of the dogs I have worked with have been in the 50-60 pound range but I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities. Is your dog older? No problem, I can sit and give them lots of love or take them on a gentle walk. Is your dog high energy? Again, no problem, I have one of those of my own and I can play fetch or tug-a-war with them! I have no problem administering medicine if needed too. During the school year I work in a high school and coach swimming so my availability is from 3:30pm - 6:00pm, and anytime on the weekends. During the summer my schedule is much more flexible during the week and weekends. I consider myself a dog magnet because any time I encounter a dog, even for the first time, they like to jump on me or wiggle their butts, seeking my attention! Providing walks, belly rubs, and playing fetch are my jam. Dogs mean the world to me and I would love the opportunity to shower your fur babies with attention. During the school year, I am available 3:30pm - 6:00pm and weekends. During the summer (June & July) I have flexibility in my schedule every day. I am comfortable taking dogs to the park, walking them or playing with them indoor home/yard. If it is a high energy dog, I can also take them for a run.

About: I've cared for pets my whole life. I've kept aquariums, grew up with dogs, even raised two puppies in my time. Unfortunately I am allergic to cats and do not want to track dandruff home, so I will not be offering services for cats aside from drop ins. I'm a dad trying to be more active, make friends, and provide a service to the community. I love pets and I think they are an absolute blessing. For my fee I will actively exercise and play with your pets, teach them tricks or commands (if desired), and ensure they are pampered, engaged with, and given attention, rather than simply supervision. I'm currently working part time and have a very flexible schedule, so I can accommodate most requests. I would be happy to look after your family pet, no matter the occasion! How I care for your pet is entirely up to you, I will accommodate whichever preferences you may have. Every pet deserves to be played with, get exercise, and be well pampered. Rubs downs, brushing, bathing, I'm comfortable caring for your pet how you know best.

About: I would take my dog out for walks everyday since I was 13 and would make sure she was cared for, played with, and properly groomed I am currently working two jobs part-time, but I am often available to walk dogs (morning, day or afternoon) or cat-sit in my free time. In my home, we make sure our cats are fed at least twice a day and we scoop their litter everyday. When we had my senior dog, we would let her outside often to get some exercise and would bathe her at least once a month when she got dirty.

We were given a detailed pet intake form to fill out so they could learn about our dogs and their routines and any house rules. They were very friendly and handled all our requests. We were happy our dogs got to stay home and keep up with their routine and Jessica and Luis sent us lots of photos and videos throughout the day. About: I have had family dogs all my life. Currently I have two senior cats and two Belgian Malinois who are part of my family. We’re a very active family and enjoy being outdoors. I’m a stay at home mom which allows me to have a flexible schedule, unless I have appointments for the kiddos. I’m part time military so I won’t be available those weekends but I’ll let you know in advance 🫶 I’m a stay at home mom and a weekend warrior, iykyk. Availability is open unless I’m scheduled for drill and I’ll give an advanced notice or if I have appointments scheduled. I’ll follow your instructions to the T. My dogs have taught me a lot about dog behaviors and what to look out for. Either way I tend to avoid anything that may upset any dog. Cats are much more independent and they usually just need feeding and cleaning.

About: About us: I stumbled onto Rover in August 2022 after trying to think of ways to make a little extra money while working at home, full-time, and with 3 kids (approaching middle and high school) that have wanted a dog since probably before they were born. I grew up with dogs and wanted a dog too! But I also didn’t want the vet visits, food expenses…what do we do with a dog when we want to travel? Fast forward to now and dog-sitting has been a truly epic, awesome experience for all of us. By the time you read this it’s likely we will have reached triple digits of dogs that have stayed here. My kids get to learn about ALL different kinds of dogs which has turned them into lifelong dog lovers. I get the companionship I’m looking for while having a flexible hybrid work schedule. And when you choose us your dog becomes part of our pack, and given the very best care 24/7. I am fully aware that your dog is a member of your family and I truly appreciate your trust in selecting us to care for them. I believe strongly in supporting and giving back to the community, so in addition to fostering dogs we also give a portion of my Rover income back to the local animal shelter. Win-win! What it’s like here: We have a huge fenced-in yard with a horse farm behind us so lots of interesting sights, sounds and smells for your doggie to experience. Many like to hang out on the deck and watch the horses behind our home. Your dog will come home relaxed and happy. Many repeat clients tell me their dogs get excited as soon as they turn onto our street for the next visit because they have happy memories of their last stay. We can hang out with your pooch for doggie day care, overnight, weekend visits, short-term (1-2 weeks), and long-term stays (>2 weeks). We will follow your instructions to a T. Is your dog allowed on your couch? Sure, us too! Does your dog sleep with you? Okay, we can do that! No crate? Sounds great! We want them to enjoy themselves as much as we enjoy having them here. They are truly our guest. It's amazing how quickly the dogs adapt and become part of the family. I’ve cared for dogs that require oral and injected medication, senior dogs, dogs with anxiety, and dogs with diapers. YOUR dog is most welcome. About: Hi there! I am so excited to finally be making my pet-sitting official with Rover. I am still new-ish to the area after having moved back in with my parents a little less than a year ago (originally from New Jersey, then moved to California for college and work). I have had the pleasure of taking care of my family dog (Winnie the Cavapoo) since we got her 9 years ago. Hanging out with her is one of my favorite things to do, and she truly makes each day better with every walk we go on and every cuddle we share. I've also gotten to dog-sit for some of my best friends and locals while I was in college, and it really helped me whenever I was missing my Winnie girl! My only hope is to provide you with peace of mind that your pup is in good hands with me! My schedule is pretty wide open and flexible! If there is a time/day on my schedule that looks unavailable, message me and I'll see if I can move things around to make it work (as I share a car with a family member). If you need me to come over and pet-sit at your home, I will respect all the rules you provide me with so you are comfortable with having me in your home while I watch your fur baby. Please let me know in advance to your booking if your pet is allowed on furniture, or in certain areas of your home, and what/where are absolute no-go's, so I can remember to keep them away from those areas. If you use a crate with them, please let me know how you use it with them - if they must be crated the entirety of time while indoors aside from meal and potty times, or if for certain periods of time. If you have a backyard that is fenced and secure, I am comfortable with letting them of their leash (if you permit it) so they have free reign to run around, but if it is not an enclosed space, I am not comfortable letting them off their leash, even if they are trained perfectly - just want to be safe and take all the precautions I can to make sure they are safe while with me!

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life. Currently live with 2 dogs and 2 cats, and my family has 3 other dogs! I’ve dog-sat for many years, both staying at homes and frequently checking in. I have a natural way of connecting with animals, and I love spending time with them! During the summer, I will have availability to walk dogs, let dogs out, and care for pets during the day and evenings on weekdays. June weekdays I am available after 12, and July weekdays I am available all day. Weekend availability is not consistent throughout the summer. I live with two dogs and two cats. I walk the dogs frequently, feed them breakfast and dinner, and keep their spaces clean and safe! I monitor pets as they chew on toys, and throw away toys that could be dangerous. Managing 4 pets is a handful, but I love it!

About: I’ve grown up taking care of both cats and dogs, including small and large breeds. I currently have a chocolate lab who I walk, feed, and play with every day.
