About: I've had dogs of all ages all my life and think they are the 👌 👍 😍 🥰. I've boarded very senor dogs as well as young furry critters I'm a retired teacher so that I'm able to be free much of the time. I'm also a working artist and my studio is in my home. I have a bright house with a good sized fenced-in back yard. My home is near parks and conveniently located. The neighborhood is super-quiet with doggy friendly folk.

About: As a social worker, I'm highly attuned to both human and animal needs/issues, and love getting to know and cater to unique personalities - or provide loving care for those who are ill or have special needs. Vicki and her calm energy were amazing, especially up against my neurotic, chaotic, overprotective, nuttiness. We were vacationing in the area. I had never used Rover or a babysitter before, and I never go on vacation without my dog because I don’t trust anyone to watch him (see previously mentioned neuroses). So I was super nervous to leave for a day trip to the city because of his recent health diagnoses (even though the vet said he would be fine), so I got a camera to watch him and took a chance on a sitter. I’m so glad I did! She really put me at ease while I was doing dorky tourist things in NYC. She sent pics and was very responsive and sweet to my dog Eddie. He does not warm up easily but he did great with her! We were only in town for a few days, but if I lived in the area I would definitely ask her back to sit again. She’s the best!
