About: My care for animals is rooted in my nature. I have spent 28 years loving and caring for dogs, cats, and livestock like sheep and goats. I currently volunteer at the Ulster County SPCA weekly doing dog and cat socialization. I bring genuine passion, care, and patience to each pet that is in my care. I am available for pet visits and walks from 6am to 11am and 8:30pm to 10:30pm during the week. My availability on the weekends is much more flexible. Let’s chat and come up with a plan. With over two decades of animal experience, I know that trust is earned, not assumed. I take time to read each pet’s cues, honor their boundaries, and follow your established routines. Your home environment stays calm and consistent, your dog’s walk stays safe and controlled, and your cat always has the space they need to feel secure.

About: I've been surrounded by and taken care of animals my entire life, and I want to be your new trustworthy pet sitter or dog walker! I have a standard poodle named Remy and maine coon cat named Bash at home, and they are my everything. I've fostered kittens (as young as 2.5 weeks old) for six years now and have been a petsitter for longer. I'm great with people and even better with cats and dogs. I want to keep your pets safe and happy, and you worry-free! I can administer medicine, trim nails, walk any size dog, clean, monitor urine and stool output, keep track of mood and general signs for concern, and I love sending cute update pictures so you know your pets are thriving! I'm currently in my last clinical to get my master's in occupational therapy, and I'm working at a hospital 5 days a week. I can pet-sit before, after, overnight, or just walk your pets or check in if needed! I'm great at following directions and problem-solving, and I'll do whatever I can to make sure you're comfortable with me entering your home to care for your pets. I understand different types of collars, leashes, and equipment needed to guarantee a pet's safety. I am very aware of my surroundings and good at reading a pet's energy and potential reactivity. I've had animals my entire life, so closing the door quickly and not letting pets out is second nature to me. I know your pets are your family, and I will treat them as such!

About: I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and have always loved to bond with animals. I also have a reactive dog so I have lots of experience handling dogs that need more specialized treatment. I’m currently working from home so it opens up my schedule more to help any animals who need a walk, a visit, or anything else! About: I didn’t get to experience the joy of growing up with dogs or cats but as soon as I was able I began taking in fosters from the NYC shelter system. It was quite a learning experience spending time with many dogs (and a few cats) of all different types and personalities. I no longer foster but I bring the experience and dedication from working with so many shelter pets to caring for your furry family members. And as a pet parent now myself I have been through many sitters so I understand what makes a good one! A note on boarding and meet and greets: I’m happy to have boarding candidates come by to meet me and check out the space but I do not do meet and greets with my own dogs. My dogs are dog friendly but they are too chaotic and excitable to meet new dogs and owners right away. New dogs are kept separate at first and introduced at their own pace when everyone is calm. This minimizes stress for everyone and allows for better interactions. I currently work out of the house Monday/Wednesday/Friday but my schedule is somewhat flexible. The rest of the week I work at home and I am often available all weekend. Dogs in my home have access to a securely fenced large yard for running and fetch, as well as a quiet neighborhood for walks. If the weather is warm dogs have access to a dog door so they may go outside as they please. If your dog likes to play with other dogs mine will certainly be happy to accommodate but they can also have separate spaces if quiet time is needed. In your home I will make every effort to keep your pets schedule as familiar as possible while offering lots of love and stimulation. As someone who has had many sitters come through and stay at my house I understand the importance of trust and cleanliness so you can be away without worry.

About: I have done lots of pet sitting in my lifetime. I have mostly worked with cats and dogs but I also have taken care of rabbits, Guinea pigs, and even alpacas! I love all animals and would love to help out in any way I can! I do also have a small Boston terrier who is special needs. She is extremely loving and friendly. I am currently free 24/7 365 days! I am available for any and all pet needs! I am able to provide walks and stay at any home needed! I have a nice single bedroom apartment! The rail trail is close to me so I can walk them along that for nice outside exercise. There is lots of love to be shared!

About: I used to be a veterinary assistant-Which gave me valuable exposure to animal handling, basic health procedures, and staying calm in stressful situations. I am now a full time student furthering my career. I have served clients across Ulster and Delaware county. I’m comfortable, reliable, and dedicated to giving every animal the attention, patience, and care they deserve. I genuinely enjoy meeting and caring for all types of animals, and I look forward to caring for yours! (: I’m currently in school- looking to graduate very soon. My availability is pretty flexible and I will be more than willing to work around my schedule to fit your fur babies needs. I feed them, clean up after them, give them medication if needed, bathe them, walk them as often as needed. If your animal is on a schedule of any kind, it will be cared for accordingly.

About: I’ve had 2 dogs before as well as cared for 3 family friends dogs as well as my aunt and uncle’s dogs. I have a miniature schnauzer who I have trained to do all the basics like sitting and laying down. Im currently a graduate student who has most afternoons and nights to care and play with your dog. I am also free all day on Friday’s and Sunday’s. i make sure that your pet did not destroy anything in the general vicinity and I make sure they get appropriately lengthed walks based on their energy level.

About: I will keep you updated throughout the day letting you know how your pet is doing. If you'd like, I can even send you pictures showing how happy your pet is. I freelance in film production which allows me to be flexible with days and time. I have a wired sleeping schedule too which will allow me to go whenever to watch your pet. I make sure my roommates dog is always walked, fed, loved, played with, and above all, has water. I have a natural caring gift for all animals.

About: An experienced and professional petsitter who has previously worked for On Paws Professional Pet Services in San Marcos, Texas. I have also grown up with two dogs and a bird, who have since passed. My roommates' cats and dogs have felt like family to me, and treated as such. Since living on my own I’ve had my own cat, Umami who is the cutest character and wild child that I loved so dearly! I would love to keep your pet company (and vise versa!) I’m currently only working remotely part-time, so I have some wiggle room to care for your pet(s)! I would be able to feed, play, and walk with them during my time off! I would definitely treat them as my own, and try to make them as happy and comfortable as possible, while making sure their needs are met.
