About: I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and have always loved to bond with animals. I also have a reactive dog so I have lots of experience handling dogs that need more specialized treatment. I’m currently working from home so it opens up my schedule more to help any animals who need a walk, a visit, or anything else! I would to come to your home where your pet is comfortable and provide the care they need. It’s important for them to connect with me in an environment that’s positive.

About: I have alot of experience with horse sized dogs and little obes alike, its important to me that they get the love they miss from their owners. Im currently going to school partime and learning the area so i have tons of time to go for walks or play with your fur baby and keep up their schedule. I want to make sure both of our spaces are respected, i like to keep places as nice as i left them so i try to take an hour to spot clean anywhere ive been or where your pet may have made a mess and leave it tidy. I do the same for my home, i clean after every visitor.

About: My family owned a ruby Cavalier King Charles for 13 years. I have experience with basic pet needs and responsibilities, and understand how to take behavior queues when animals show a desire for a need. I’m a recent college graduate who attended Bard College in upstate NY. I recently relocated to Jersey City and am applying to full time roles. My schedule is relatively flexible, but please reach out for exact availability. I prioritize safety by ensuring a secure leash grip and using pet-safe paths to prevent any potential hazards during walks. This includes avoiding busy streets or areas with potential risks to pets. Secondly, building trust with both the pets and their owners is important. I take time to understand each dog's needs and preferences to ensure they feel comfortable on their walk. Clear communication with pet owners before, during, and after the walk helps maintain transparency and trust. Furthermore, creating a pet-friendly environment involves being mindful of the surroundings and ensuring a positive experience for the dog. About: Animals have and always will be an integral part of my human nature. To make sure animals are provided with exercise, love and compassion are ways I express my values as an animal advocate. Keeping routine is my forte. I have most experience with dogs, all breeds and sizes! Walking is how I keep routine and promote a sense of well being for both my own animals and others 😌 Currently seeking full time pet care. Exercise takes time and I enjoy the physical aspect of a healthy lifestyle. Keeping a balance of short and or long walks. Depending on the breed I could make exercise minimal or lengthy. Currently I have a 15ft by 5ft outdoor kennel. Yard is well maintained with space and away from any roads. Private residence. I keep my small dog on a lead. Lead is also an option for other animals. My yard has plenty of space for playtime and fetching.

About: I will keep you updated throughout the day letting you know how your pet is doing. If you'd like, I can even send you pictures showing how happy your pet is. I freelance in film production which allows me to be flexible with days and time. I have a wired sleeping schedule too which will allow me to go whenever to watch your pet. I make sure my roommates dog is always walked, fed, loved, played with, and above all, has water. I have a natural caring gift for all animals.

About: I currently work as a physical therapist full time and started dog sitting while going to college in 2011 for a Great Dane named Maxx, from there I acquired many dog and cat sitting jobs through word of mouth and for friends and their family members. I have experience working with small dogs and bigger dogs. I love dogs and cats, I grew up having cats and had one dog. I will go the extra mile to give your pets all the love and attention they need. I take pride in making sure they feel at home while you’re gone. I’m currently working full time but have a very flexible schedule and a long lunch break so I’m able to be flexible with your pets schedule. I keep all my clients close to my work facility. I care for pets in your home. I love walking dogs and playing with them in their yard if they have one. I’m unable to care for pets in my home at this time.

“I recommend Katelynn for any services that she provides. She did drop in visits for my Yorkshire Terrier while I was away on vacation. I was uncertain about his care while I was away. Then I came across the Rover app which was right on time. When I reviewed Katelynn profile, I was impressed. We did a meet a greet & I immediately asked if she would be willing to watch my dog. Katelynn was a JOY!! She adjusted her schedule per request. She even offered to water any plants or do any house chores. She even took my trash out for collection due to I was unavailable. About: As a social worker, I'm highly attuned to both human and animal needs/issues, and love getting to know and cater to unique personalities - or provide loving care for those who are ill or have special needs. I started taking care of neighbors' pets at an early age and though we only had fish and birds and a cat at home, dogs and other animals became a special love of mine. About: I have worked a lot with both ends of the spectrum in terms of activity: I enjoy sleepy dogs as well as hounds. I have a Hungarian Vizsla back home, who is essentially a hunting dog—and I enjoy seeing her tired at the end of the day. Currently, my main occupation is writing a senior thesis. I do that successfully in between and around pet-sitting gigs. I only have three classes a week, so taking care of dogs and cats is a perfect commitment that I love to pursue At my client's houses, I make sure to maintain a safe environment in which pets do not come into contact with anything or anyone that poses even the slightest risk to their health and well-being.

I am skilled and experienced in all animal health and well-being and happy to walk, feed and care for all of your pets needs. My days are filled with caring for my own pets, my new son, and currently working full time at a local animal hospital. I am available most afternoons after 3pm. Earning your pets trust is my top priority. If you have a nervous pet, I will take as much time as needed to make sure they are comfortable. With my experience as a technician I can ensure your pets safety is my top priority. Walks will be double leashed, extreme weather conditions will be treated accordingly.
