About: I have been an active volunteer with the Elmore SPCA in Peru Ny for 4 years. I often walk, socialize, enrich, and foster the dogs in the shelters care. I have worked with puppy's as young as 3 months up to the elder dogs to provide comfort. I am currently home for summer between my graduate years of college, my work schedule varies week to week. I have lived in this area for my entire life and am comfortable with traveling for the care. Unfortunately during this time I am unable to have pets in my home. To ensure the safety for me and your pets I have completed all state required ASPCA programs to work professionally with animals. The topics for dogs and cats included; body language, diseases, safety and management, and cleaning regulations. I have regularly walked and fostered dogs from Elmore SPCA in upstate NY. Through them I have gained lots of experience handling different breeds, temperaments, sizes and ages of dogs.

About: I really love being around animals as they bring a lot of joy. Over the years I have pet sat for various family friends, co-workers, colleagues, and friends of friends pets. While pet sitting not only have I been responsible to feed the pets, give them water, let them out to relieve themselves, clean up after the pets, and take them out for a walk but I also have looked after the house. Additionally, I have been working for a company so couples beloved dogs can attend their weddings. Previously, I have volunteered by fostering dogs and dog walking. I am available most weekends and off most holidays. I do work full time so if it is anything during the week I do not get home until after 5 pm. Anything during the week I need to know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly. I would care for your pets as one of my own. I am flexible and come to your pets home so they are comfortable in their own environment.

About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve been walking and taking care of them for many years. I now have my own pup, she is now almost 5 and I have four cats as well at different ages. I have fostered, bored and walked family and friends pets as well. Summer 2025*** I will be working summer school this summer but will be available Monday thru Thursday AFTER 1pm and Friday through Sunday ALL day/night unless otherwise marked unavailable :) I am a Teaching Assistant over at FDR BY DAY, and would love to help you with your pets by evening or weekend! I will also be available for most holidays! Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns! I can walk, play and feed your pets. Anything to help so please feel free to ask! If they are dog and cat friendly I can also take them home as needed or watch them at your home as well!

About: My name is Danielle and I own Shiny Paws Dog Spa. An at home dog spa where I make sure the dogs have a personal one on one experience with me. I want nothing more than to have them feel relaxed and loved. Can’t wait to meet everyone! I am currently home full time. Running a dog spa out of my own home full time. Your pups will be looked after all day/night long. I have a nice size yard along with a lake side property to walk around. Pups will also have their own personal space within the house for some peace and quiet.

About: Volunteer with Guiding Eyes for socialization of 2month old puppies in my home in the past. Have 30 yrs + experience with my own rescue dogs. Now down to 1 senior dog who cannot walk long distances. Looking for new walking buddies! Retired and looking for new opportunities mostly during the week. Have volunteer work also, so prefer morning walks at this time; can come to you or you can drop off. I believe dogs thrive on exercise and daily walks; also great time to continue training and encourage obedience. Most dogs love to work out and be with their humans outside.

About: Hi my name is Cory! I love dogs and they seem to know it right away. I have been around dogs since I was 4 years old. I have owned 2 akitas and an English bulldog . My latest Akita Diablo passed away 5 years ago and I haven't gotten another dog since his passing so currently I have no dogs. I only have chinchillas and a hamster as of now. I have a lot of experience working with dogs and they seem to feel relaxed and comfortable when in my care, making this the perfect job for me. I know how to approach these animals in a way that is non-threatening to reduce their anxiety and to help them relax. I can help to maintain the routine they are used to, so they will not get anxious or feel so alone while their owners are away. I have extensive knowledge concerning the different breeds of dogs and I know how to take care of them properly. I understand that some breeds have special needs and that the age of the dog will play a major role in how to take care of them. About: I have had a variety of animals throughout my life. Dogs, cats, reptiles(even an alligator at one point). I currently have 4 snakes as well. I currently work 12 hour shifts on Thursday and Friday. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday day are pretty open now. We can certainly discuss time frames that work for both of us I request that if there are any special instructions for your pet, that you have them written out for me. I will travel to you to take care of your fur child of any age. I always respect my clients homes and pets.

About: I have 2 pet cats that are my everything, and been pet sitting my first cat since I was 12! For about 7 years, I've pet sat for multiple people including friends and family. The animals include cats, dogs, and birds. I have done drop-in visits as well as overnight shifts and dog walking. I would love to pet sit for your fur babies and give them lots of love and care. My pets are my world, so I would treat your pets the same!!! I am a graduate student at Marist University, so my schedule frequently changes between semesters. About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I rescued my first dog from the local humane society when I was 11, and that experience started a lifelong passion for caring for animals. Before becoming a nurse, I worked as a veterinary assistant for two local animal hospitals where I gained valuable hands-on experience with animal care and handling. I developed skills in basic training, puppy socialization, reading animal body language, medication administration, subcutaneous fluids, nail trimming, grooming, and bathing. I also volunteered for several years with a local dog rescue as a foster, helping provide temporary homes, structure, and love for dogs before their adoptions. Many needed socialization, basic training, and a calm environment to help them thrive. I later served as the rescue’s foster and event coordinator until 2020. Today I share my home with three of my own beloved dogs. One of our previous dogs had epilepsy and required frequent monitoring and medication, which gave me additional experience caring for pets with medical needs. In my free time I enjoy traveling, camping, hiking with my dogs, training with our Belgian Malinois, and watching my daughter ride her horse. Caring for animals has always been a true passion of mine, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. My goal is for you to have complete peace of mind knowing your pets are safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m a nurse who works three 12-hour shifts each week, which gives me several days off to dedicate to caring for animals. I truly enjoy spending time with pets and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while their owners are away. My schedule is fairly flexible on my days off, and I’m happy to work with you to meet your pet’s individual needs and routine. About: I have been around dogs my entire life! I have taken care of my own dogs and the dogs of family and friends for 10 years. I love playing with dogs so they get all their energy out! I have taken care of elderly dogs and dogs with special needs, so I know all the tricks for giving medications. I currently work full time, giving me availability before and after work and on weekends. I have time for potty breaks, walks, and meals before and after work. On weekends I am available all day to keep animals company and give them all the attention they need! I stay aware of my surroundings and never take a dog off-leash. In my own home I keep doors closed, never risking a runaway animal. In clients homes I follow instructions closely and am sure to keep the owners updated. I send plenty of pictures and updates throughout the day and after every visit.

About: I know how stressful it can be leaving your pet behind, so my goal is to make the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible—for both you and your pet. I’m calm, attentive, and great at sticking to routines. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, or somewhere in between, I provide a safe, loving environment they can relax in. I currently am a student from home so I have more than enough time to take care of your furry companion while you are away. I used to walk my dog around my neighborhood sometimes to the river If it’s really nice out just get her some fresh air. Proper feeding times and bathroom breaks.

About: I really have such a big amount of love for dogs. They’re so sweet and make wonderful companions. I’m happy to work with dogs of all sizes! I’m available most weekends, and can be scheduled last minute if need be. As for week days, I unfortunately would not be of much help as I work. For safety, I would prefer only walking 1-2 dogs at a time maximum as I feel any more than that could become not so safe.
