She is flexible and her pick up and drop off option came in handy for our pets as they are larger dogs and typically can’t ride in Ubers or the subway. Volha communicated with us every day and sent plenty of photos. Her entire family loves animals and it was clear from the photos that our pets had an incredible time in her care. Astrid is usually quite anxious when she’s first introduced to a new person and a new environment, but she appeared to be more at ease much quicker with Kate at her house than she typically is. Kate sent us regular pictures and updates, was very flexible about our schedule for pickup and drop-off, prompt and easy to communicate with, and we didn’t worry about Astrid at all. We will certainly reach out to Kate again when planning future boarding accommodations for our sweet Astrid.”
