Kate sent us regular pictures and updates, was very flexible about our schedule for pickup and drop-off, prompt and easy to communicate with, and we didn’t worry about Astrid at all. She is flexible and her pick up and drop off option came in handy for our pets as they are larger dogs and typically can’t ride in Ubers or the subway. Emma was a lovely surrogate pet mom for my mini schnauzer. It was horrifying that my dog took a little wee wee when she walked in, which is very unusual. And Emma was very kind about it. Even though my dog looked a little anxious when I left, she settled in quite nicely with her other dogs. Without a doubt, I would use Emma again and I would recommend her to other dog owners. Very conscientious, great communication and very kind. and I love the Daley photo of my dog!
