“Nicole was so wonderful! She took the BEST care of Basil, who is an older dog with some health limitations (hard of hearing, hard of vision, etc). Nicole has a few older dogs of her own, so understood Basil's needs and was very attentive and loving with her. I would recommend to anyone looking for a loving home to board your dog!”

“Jennifer, Thomas and their girls took such good care of our pup. They sent frequent updates and photos throughout the visit, and we could instantly tell how comfortable our dog was in their home. Cannot recommend them enough!”

“I left my dog, Reba, with Jane for the first time last week. Jane was so kind, sending photos every other day to let me know Reba had settled in and was happy. Jane has several outdoor spaces for the dogs to roam around. I will use Jane again next time we go away. Thank you!”

“My dog was in good spirits when I picked her up after staying with Cipriana . I appreciated the photos she sent of Abby cuddling on the couch! I will definitely use Cipriana’s services again in the future.”

“For better or worse, Oliver does not spend much time with other dogs and, because it is just him and the two of us in our home, he is fairly attached and can be anxious when we leave him with someone else. Gabriel handled well whatever anxiety Oliver might have had or issues he had with other dogs around. He was happy when we got there, even before he saw us, which speaks to the very good care Gabriel gave!”

“Candice was so nice and was easy to coordinate with. Her space was perfect for my dog and a plus that she let him on the furniture as he loves to chill out on the couch and bed. My dog seems to have a great time and I’m so thankful to have someone nearby.”

“I couldn't be happier with Janice as Gus's dog sitter! She's incredibly accommodating when it comes to drop-off and pick-up times, which is a huge relief for me. Gus absolutely loves spending time with her. I can tell he feels safe and happy in her care. She makes sure he gets plenty of playtime and snuggles, and he always comes home tired and content. I highly recommend Janice if you're looking for a reliable and loving dog sitter”

“As always, Rosalie took care of our Rumor as if she were a part of her family. It is such a relief to be able to go on vacation and know our fur baby is getting the very best of care. I thoroughly recommend Rosalie!”

“A few firsts: a first-time booking with Rover and a first time my Charlie ALMOST didn’t want to come home with me 🥴🐶 Kimberly’s a gem…warm & caring & communicative & totally convenient. Highly recommend!”

“Nicole was fabulous with our puppy, Boo. From our initial "meet and greet" through the 10-hour day Boo spent with her, Nicole was thoughtful, warm, and wonderfully sensitive to his needs, which given just how "puppy" Boo is, takes a lot of experience and doggie understanding. Her set-up, both indoors and out, is terrific...and so safe. And she sent us pics throughout the day. She even made some VERY helpful training suggestions. It was Boo's first time away from home and he clearly had a great day...and so did we, knowing the kind of care he was getting.”

“Loretta was very responsive. A great communicator. She managed the crazy hot temperatures and other dogs with professionalism and competence. I feel confident in her ability to manage any issues that might come up since we have have a high energy boarder who is very much still a pup.”

About: I was raised in a positive pet friendly family environment and had my own dogs and cats for more than twenty years. I can handle large, medium, and small dogs and will look to give them long walks and lots of exercise as a good dog is a tired dog. I work full-time but have plenty of free time during the week and on weekends to feed, walk, play fetch, or just hang out with your dog. I am happy to come to your home and walk your dog and or play at a local dog park, I am familiar with dogs from Yorkshire Terriers and Kings Charles Spaniels to Rottweilers and German Shepards.
“Volha was really great, very responsible and thoughtful, kept us posted regarding the well being of our dog and sent pictures of her every day. Chloe seemed very happy when we picked her up.”

“Jacqueline is an absolutely amazing dog sitter! Took fantastic care of my dog, Koda, and took so many pictures, which I really appreciated. He was treated like her own, and I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. Highly recommend!”
“We Love Caroline! She sent the sweetest update pics and was lovely to work with. Easy communication, good vibes all around. I’ll def be contacting her again for hangs with my pup.”

“Reka and her family took such wonderful and loving care of my dog Rafa, who was clearly very happy with them for the entire time he was with them. I am so grateful to them and couldn’t recommend Reka more.”

“Marika was amazing! Feel very fortunate to have gotten her on short notice. My Viszla mix Susie loved her immediately. Marika took her on lots of walks (with tick check afterwards), sent updates, and her house/backyard space were perfect for an active breed. She went above and beyond when it came to making sure Susie was stimulated, making up little games for her to play with the squirrels and rabbits. Anytime I'm in the area I'll definitely be looking to book with Marika.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Annandale-on-Hudson
Emma was a lovely surrogate pet mom for my mini schnauzer. It was horrifying that my dog took a little wee wee when she walked in, which is very unusual. And Emma was very kind about it. Even though my dog looked a little anxious when I left, she settled in quite nicely with her other dogs. Without a doubt, I would use Emma again and I would recommend her to other dog owners. Very conscientious, great communication and very kind. and I love the Daley photo of my dog!
