About: My own dogs are always the #1 teacher. They show me how to best care for them - with food, play, training, medications, travel, sleepless days and nights when they've been ill, and giving them all them comfort I can. I've volunteered at dog shelters, spent hours walking dogs in all kinds of weather, and offered comfort to friends who've had to say goodbye to their best fur friends. I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule that allows me to give your pets plenty of attention - playing, feeding, and scratching behind the ears. I take my dog for swims in the river, off leash romps in the woods, and leashed walks around town. We also play fetch and tug-of-war in the house or on the deck. If your dog needs a playmate, my dog, Jackson, may be a good fit. My cats - depending on their mood - like to lounge in the sun, pounce on the occasional toy, run up stairs, and hunt for treats I've hidden for them.

About: We have 10+ years of experience caring for our own dog who passed away in October 2025. She brought so much love, joy and fun to our lives. We would be grateful for the opportunity to care for, play and snuggle with your dog! We have 3 older kids (ages 16, 14 & 11) who love dogs and would be present as well. Our schedule has some flexibility and there is often an adult home during the day (except for Wednesdays and Fridays from 9-2). Your dog would not be alone for more than a couple of hours. We're available to meet ahead of scheduling to make sure it's a good fit. We live in a clean, well kept house with a small fenced in backyard. Your dog is welcome on our couch and to sleep in our room (on their own bed).
