“Kate has a very warm demeanor and my first impression when I brought our dog Astrid over to her house for a meet and greet before boarding, was that she would care for our dog as if she were her own. Astrid is usually quite anxious when she’s first introduced to a new person and a new environment, but she appeared to be more at ease much quicker with Kate at her house than she typically is. Kate sent us regular pictures and updates, was very flexible about our schedule for pickup and drop-off, prompt and easy to communicate with, and we didn’t worry about Astrid at all. I’m not sure how Mary & Todd could possibly have more energy than our dear Tilly but she’s officially exhausted and had the adventure of a lifetime. Nicole and her family watched our 2 pups over the weekend and we couldn't be happier! She was very empathetic and thoughtful, always keeping in mind the needs of our pups - and especially considerate of our very anxious AmStaff, Ruthie. We are new to the area and a bit insecure about leaving our pups with someone new, but Nicole eased our minds very quickly at our initial meet and greet. It was obvious right away that Nicole and her family were good with dogs and understood some need a lot more than others.
