We couldn't be happier with the care our dog Jack received while we were away. From the moment we left, we knew he was in great hands. Nicole went above and beyond to make sure Jack was happy, comfortable, and well cared for, keeping us updated and giving us complete peace of mind during our trip. Jack can be particular about his routine, and she took the time to learn his needs and treat him like one of her own. When we returned home, he was relaxed, healthy, and clearly very well loved while we were gone. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and genuinely caring to watch your pets, I highly recommend her. We will absolutely be using her services again in the future!
