Kate has a very warm demeanor and my first impression when I brought our dog Astrid over to her house for a meet and greet before boarding, was that she would care for our dog as if she were her own. Astrid is usually quite anxious when she’s first introduced to a new person and a new environment, but she appeared to be more at ease much quicker with Kate at her house than she typically is. Kate sent us regular pictures and updates, was very flexible about our schedule for pickup and drop-off, prompt and easy to communicate with, and we didn’t worry about Astrid at all. We will certainly reach out to Kate again when planning future boarding accommodations for our sweet Astrid.
Had a fantastic experience with Amy watching our puppy, Bandit! She made drop off effortless and has a wonderful place where Bandit could run around and be safe. Amy provided daily updates without needing to be asked and had everything ready for us at time of pick up. Would recommend 100% for anyone needing their pet watched in the area!
