Kate has a very warm demeanor and my first impression when I brought our dog Astrid over to her house for a meet and greet before boarding, was that she would care for our dog as if she were her own. Astrid is usually quite anxious when she’s first introduced to a new person and a new environment, but she appeared to be more at ease much quicker with Kate at her house than she typically is. Kate sent us regular pictures and updates, was very flexible about our schedule for pickup and drop-off, prompt and easy to communicate with, and we didn’t worry about Astrid at all. We will certainly reach out to Kate again when planning future boarding accommodations for our sweet Astrid.
Imogene was excellent with Homer. They went on a few hikes and he seemed very much his normal self in the photos she sent. Imogene has a wonderful disposition and solid experience with dogs. She asked me all the right questions about his care. I felt very confident leaving him with her the first time and will definitely board with her again.
