Addie seemed relaxed and in tune with Janice from the start. We had an introductory visit before our first drop-off where we could see that Addie felt comfortable and confident with Janice and her family. We could see from the photos that Janice sent that Addie was enjoying her time and getting to know the other animals (cats, dogs, sheep) that are part of Janice's home and farm. We could not have hoped for a better outcome. It meant a lot to us that Addie enjoyed her stay because she has a tendency to experience some separation anxiety, but she didn’t seem to have any that day. Janice has a gentle way with animals and is genuinely interested in how they feel and what they need. Addie received excellent care and loving attention during her visit.”

About: Growing up with 6 dogs in our home at once, I have a special connection and love for animals. Working with rescues, pure breed dogs, females in heat and knowing how to whelp, has given me plenty of experience. I have been boarding dogs in my home for over 7 years. I am home full time, with the occasional errand to run. There is a place to hike, with great trails, right up the road from my home. I have a fenced in yard where dogs can run, play and hangout in the sun. I live on 9 acers, for us to explore and go for walks. I have dogs of my own, so your dog will have plenty of socialization and play time. Raw food diet or special dietary issues are not a problem. Meet and greet is required for all potential stays.

Clients wishes are priority, but I am happy to offer advice if asked. I like to keep dogs in a pack for socializing but that is optional. If you prefer, I take your dog on private walks

“Dropped our pup off at Jane’s house while we went skiing for the day at Hunter. Was very convenient and perfect for what we were looking for. She had plenty of other dogs for our puppy to play with and we know he had a great time! Came back to us exhausted and ready to sleep for the whole drive home! We will definitely drop him off for day car next time we’re coming through town, would highly recommend!”

About: I’ve had animals since I was a child. A horse when I was 10 dogs, cats and still have dogs, cats and a horse in my life as of now have no problems with ministering medication to any animal. I am retired. Looking for a hobby that I love. I am available all times of the day seven days a week. It may be so. I have five small dogs of my own with a backyard fenced in and a doggie door for them to go in and out as they please.
