Hello! :) I love animals, cats, dogs, fish, chickens, pocket pets, exotic, etc.! I have extensive experience with cats and have been with cats my whole life and I have been told many a times that I am a very fast learner for anything I have not done before. In 2025 I completed the "Pet Sitting, Training, Grooming Microcredential" at SUNY Ulster. The Microcredential included the following classes; Pet CPR & First Aid, Behavior Medicine for Animals, and Restraint and Handling. As of 11/01/2024 I am certified in Pet CPR by RECOVER and ACVECC. And as of 02/23/2025 I have a certificate of Completion in the Fear Free certificate program by Fear Free Leaders in Animal Wellbeing.

I will make sure your pets get lots of play time while you are away. I can take pets on walks, water plants, get mail, clean up messes, etc depending on what you need. And I have no problem complying with any weird quirks your pets have. (My cats have some very specific games they like). I also like to report back on what we did, anything that is possibly out of the ordinary, and of course I can send pictures!

This was our second time with Jamie and they provided great care for our dog and two cats :-)
Jamie did an excellent job of taking care of our cat the past 10 days. She sent great photos and updates every day. She played with him and made sure he received plenty of attention. He seemed quite happy upon our return. I would definitely book Jamie again and I highly recommend her!
Jamie was excellent. She took the time to get to know our cats and for them to know her. She did everything we asked her to do and more. And our cats have a few odd things that they need and she did them all. She even took the time to play with them. The cats were calm and happy when we got home.
We are so happy that we found Jamie to cat sit for us while we were out of town. She is a true cat whisperer! We asked her just to pop in and leave some food, but she played with our cat, brushed her, cleaner her bowls, and even brought our packages in! Could not recommend Jamie more.
Jamie is very detail oriented and listens to instructions very well. You can tell they love animals so much and they took such great care of our pets. They also checked in with us often and communicated well. We would definitely recommend Jamie and would 10/10 book again :-)

Schedule
I am currently a student at SUNY New Paltz and as it is now summer break i am available 24/7. When I am not in New Paltz I live in Kingston with my parents and two cats, Pilot and Trixie.
