About: Growing up I had experience with a lot of types of animals, from cats, dogs, sheep, pigs, cows and horses. In my adult life, I have had a lab mix and have had 4 boxers (3 currently still in the home) and a siamese mixed cat. I learned a lot about dog behavior when I got my first boxer through training, and feel like that has helped me with other dogs too. Two of my current boxers are seniors and they take meds so I am familiar with those types of things and my other one is 8 months old so I am currently also in the puppy phases as well. I do have a full-time job. Evenings and weekends are the best time for me on some days. I often work from home later in the week so I can be flexible those days. I am definitely open to chatting about options. I will keep my calendar up to date based on my availability. If your pups are coming to my house, I have a fenced in yard. I do have a pool, but I go outside with all pups for safety reasons. If your dog loves to swim let me know! I also have a quiet neighborhood for a nice leashed walk. I do have a lot of stairs so if you have a senior dog that has mobility issues my house might not be the best option. If they go out on a leash this would be less of an issue b/c I can take them for a walk out front. I crate my puppy when I am gone, and can crate your dog when/if you would like me too. I would like any special instructions about medications/food/behavior etc that are specific to your pets. I would need any specific instructions for your in home stays with your pets.

About: Hi! I’m Danielle. I’ve been taking care of animals for most of my life and have been pet-sitting for about 17 years. I also grew up on a farm, so being around animals has always just been part of my day-to-day life. I’ve worked long-term with a family who has four senior beagles (one is blind), so I’m very comfortable with medications, routines, and dogs that need a little extra patience and care. Your dog will stay in my home and be treated like part of the family. I have a large fenced yard where they can run and play, plus a covered area for shade when it’s hot (which, realistically, is often). I also live about a mile from a dog park if your dog enjoys getting out and exploring. I try to keep things as close to your dog’s normal routine as possible—whether that’s lots of playtime or just a calm place to relax. Every dog is different, and I adjust to what they need. I’ll keep you updated while you’re away, and you can trust that your dog is safe, cared for, and getting plenty of attention. I work a typical Monday–Friday 9–5 schedule, but I’m able to stop by during the day for potty breaks, medications, and check-ins. Before and after work, your pet will get plenty of attention, time outside, and interaction. Weekends are more flexible, so I’m able to spend more extended time with pets in my care. Every other weekend, my 5-year-old is with me—she’s grown up around animals and is very gentle and comfortable with them. My home is very pet-friendly and pretty relaxed. Dogs are welcome on furniture if that’s what they’re used to, and I try to keep their routine as close to home as possible. I have a large fenced yard where dogs can run and play, plus a covered area for shade when it’s hot. I keep a close eye on pets when they’re outside and make sure they’re always safe and comfortable.

About: I have had at least one dog ever since I was born, and i have had to care for, exercise, feed, and bathe a dog since. Plenty of friends and family have also asked me to dog sit or dog walk for them so I am very familiar with working with dogs that aren’t my own. I also worked at Camp Bow Wow in Montgomery for a year. They are a highly regarded doggy day care and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. I was in constant contact with dogs and learned a lot about caring for them more than i already knew. I have a flexible work from home job, so i have plenty of time to take care of your pups!! I love going for walks and playing with dogs, as well as being chill and giving them plenty of belly rubs!!! At home, I feed my dog and take her for daily walks. I also do enrichment exercises with her to keep her mind stimulated. In your home, I would do the same as well as take them for plenty of walks!! I follow feeding schedules if provided and am flexible to any other rules in the home.

About: Growing up I was the girl on the street who preferred petsitting to babysitting, and as soon I could in my 20s, I adopted the sickest oldest cats in the facilities and loved them until their deaths. In my 30s I’ve mixed it up and have two big rescue dogs, and we’ve been at the dog park nearly every day for 6 years now. Wow they grow fast! I’d love to share a moment of your lives with a walk or overnight, and I’ll treat them like family — only better. :) I am available Monday-Sunday. There are many parks and we walk several times a day and play on- and off-leash. Basically, my two dogs are my life right now so I thought I’d try this to have something to do! I have a two-bedroom apartment but one is devoted to the dogs and there is extra space in my master room if dogs don’t need to sleep together. While I only have a balcony, it is good enough for my dogs to sunbathe on and stare at passersby. Additionally, there are many parks nearby and we walk several times a day and play, off- and on-leash available. I’m open for questions. About: I have been taking care of animals since I was ten when I got my first dog! I would also take care of my neighbors and friends dogs when they would leave for vacations on my free time.
