About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life and have taken care of everything from great pyrenees to Shih Tzu’s and even sugar gliders. I love volunteering at the Birmingham Humane Society and I know how to take care of puppies and seniors, how to give medication, and how to do basic emergency care like the Heimlich. I am a college student and have a couple labs/classes but I am typically free all weekends and Tuesdays. I can also stay when I am not in class. Other than that I am free to take care of all animals and make sure they are not lonely while you are away! In my home I have two cats. I rescued one as a kitten and have another older cat that came to me with asthma. Because of this I know how to administer medicine. I also grew up with dogs in my house as their primary caregiver and frequently visited my grandmothers farm. I have experience pet sitting and love every animal.

Move all chemicals to high shelves or behind secure doors. Keep cords, chargers, and other potentially harmful items out of reach.

About: I am comfortable with dogs of all ages and sizes from my experience in a vet clinic. I know what to look for when a dog is feeling un well or anxious. I have my own dog that is a cocker spaniel and he lives to play! I currently work at a job where I handle multiple dogs at once and I love it! I go on lots of walks and have a big yard to play! I work a part time job and am in college in town. I Am home most of the day on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Saturdays are my busy days but am still available to board. Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays are a little more unpredictable w my schedule but I am home by 5 maybe before. I have a large fenced yard and live across from a large dog friendly park/walking trail. I have a friendly dog to keep your baby company! If your dog is not crate trained it is no problem. And if they are, I have large crates.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. I volunteered at an animal shelter when I was 14. I walked dogs, cleaned cat cages, and socialized cats. I’ve walked dogs and dog sat for neighbors and family friends in the past. I currently go to college and have classes two days a week. About: I have animal experience in a shelter setting and in a medical setting. I’m currently working at a veterinary office as a kennel attendant. I’m also able to administer medications orally or via injections. I work from 8-6, but I get a two hour lunch. I’m able to drop in and check on animals in the mornings, on my lunch break and after work. I’m always mindful of an animals mood and try to adjust accordingly.
