Most of my exercise comes from walking dogs, so I am more than happy to take the long route if your pooch is up for it! I am very careful with your pets, avoiding encounters with unfamiliar dogs or people to avoid conflicts. My food is never within reach, and I pride myself on keeping your home clean and ready for your return.

About: I have volunteered with the Humane Society in Chattanooga Tennessee since being 8 years old. I love all animals regardless of size, breed, or kind! I work part time and am a part time student so I have plenty of time to play and care for your pets when it is needed!!! I am used to taking care of dogs and cats in which I never let them out of my sight. To me, pet care is not an experience where you can sit back and relax. About: I would love to walk/ hike with your pet, care for it at your home, or drop in to let them out. I have always loved animals ever since I was little. My first job was a pet sitting service, I was frequently asked to watch neighbors dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, etc. My friends often rely on me to take care of their animals while out of town and I have experience with older dogs as well as puppies. My dog passed away earlier this year and I won't be ready for anther dog anytime soon, but I would love to share love with your animals. I work seasonally and am currently off for my winter season. About: Hi, I’m Madlyn! I've been passionate about animals my whole life! I have taken care of neighbors', friends', and family members' fur babies since I was 15. I am also a part time volunteer at the Alabama Wildlife Center, where I work in the rehabilitation clinic for sick and injured birds. I’m currently a student-athlete playing volleyball at Birmingham, and I’m home all day after practice and have a flexible schedule. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I’m doing this to help support my schooling, so I take it seriously. I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every pet. I have a spacious apartment and a pet washing station so I can always give your pet a bath and a pet-friendly home where dogs can relax, play, and feel at ease. I also have experience being around other dogs, so I’m attentive to their behavior and make sure everyone is supervised and comfortable.

Move all chemicals to high shelves or behind secure doors. Keep cords, chargers, and other potentially harmful items out of reach.

About: I’m a surgical veterinarian assistant at a specialist Birmingham animal clinic. I have experience working with shelter and owner pets and have a cat of my own so I am extremely comfortable and confident caring for all types of animals including any with specific needs (senior/ medicated/ high energy/ puppies/ kittens/ etc.). During the week I am only available in the evenings after 5pm. On the weekends I have open availability and can come anytime to care for your fur baby. I would like to add that every month I have a week where I have open availability. For the Month of March: 23rd- 27th I’d be available any hour of the day and can go multiple times a day if needed, so don’t be afraid to reach out if that happens to line up with your schedule. :) I am constantly around animals, so I’m pretty good at reading their behavioral cues and knowing what they might need. I try to make sure they feel safe and comfortable, stick to their routines, and give them as much attention as I can. I prioritize instructions left and try my best to keep the space clean and stress free for the owners and the pet.
