Your pets are my priority! -Capable of caring for small mammals and exotic pets, including reptiles and arthropods As a sitter, I pay attention to the details, such as making sure food and water bowls are cleaned, and I am diligent in keeping pets out of potentially dangerous situations. You can also be assured that I will take good care of your home. Overnight dog sits include at least one walk a day unless otherwise specified or the weather prevents it. I am comfortable administering medications, including injections. **Depending on your needs, I may not be able to provide constant care on Wednesday nights, as I have an 2.5hr evening class, but this is my only other commitment I am self-employed, so my schedule is extremely flexible and I am avaliable for constant care for an additional rate. Most of my exercise comes from walking dogs, so I am more than happy to take the long route if your pooch is up for it! I am very careful with your pets, avoiding encounters with unfamiliar dogs or people to avoid conflicts. My food is never within reach, and I pride myself on keeping your home clean and ready for your return.

About: Having grown up with animals most my life…I pride myself in the ability to comfort and love your furry friend… Even from a distance. My special skills, are soft skills… Meaning that I work best with slow warm-ups for any anxious pets. But also, I’m ready for any high energy animals as well. I go to school, and work during the weekdays… But have a giant break in the middle of the day, for any pet care. Weekends work best for me. About: I would love to walk/ hike with your pet, care for it at your home, or drop in to let them out. I have always loved animals ever since I was little. My first job was a pet sitting service, I was frequently asked to watch neighbors dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, etc. My friends often rely on me to take care of their animals while out of town and I have experience with older dogs as well as puppies. Move all chemicals to high shelves or behind secure doors. Keep cords, chargers, and other potentially harmful items out of reach.

About: I love dog. I’m a very out doors person. I play in college so with me I love taking them on walks the dog park. I’m currently a student-athlete playing volleyball at Birmingham, and I’m home all day after practice and have a flexible schedule. I’m very disciplined with my time, so I can reliably care for pets early mornings, evenings, or throughout the day. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I’m doing this to help support my schooling, so I take it seriously. I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every pet. I have a spacious apartment and a pet washing station so I can always give your pet a bath and a pet-friendly home where dogs can relax, play, and feel at ease. About: I’m a surgical veterinarian assistant at a specialist Birmingham animal clinic. I have experience working with shelter and owner pets and have a cat of my own so I am extremely comfortable and confident caring for all types of animals including any with specific needs (senior/ medicated/ high energy/ puppies/ kittens/ etc.). During the week I am only available in the evenings after 5pm. On the weekends I have open availability and can come anytime to care for your fur baby. I would like to add that every month I have a week where I have open availability. For the Month of March: 23rd- 27th I’d be available any hour of the day and can go multiple times a day if needed, so don’t be afraid to reach out if that happens to line up with your schedule. :) I am constantly around animals, so I’m pretty good at reading their behavioral cues and knowing what they might need. I try to make sure they feel safe and comfortable, stick to their routines, and give them as much attention as I can. I prioritize instructions left and try my best to keep the space clean and stress free for the owners and the pet.
