About: I’ve loved dogs my whole life, starting with my childhood pup and later fostering for a local rescue until I became a happy foster fail! 🐾 While I’m not fostering anymore, I still volunteer with the rescue whenever I can. I also specialize in giving medication and following routines, so you can count on me to keep your pup’s care consistent and stress-free. Caring for dogs has always been a passion of mine, and I’d love to give your pup the same love, attention, and belly rubs I’ve given to all the dogs who’ve been part of my life. Unfortunately I am allergic to cats so please do not request me to book those services. PLEASE READ ME: 30 minute walks are weather permitted. If you book a 30 minute walk and it is pouring outside, I will take your furbaby outside to potty but the remaining time will turn into an inside visitation. Consisting of belly rubs and throwing a toy around. “I work part time, so I have a flexible schedule that allows me to fit pet care into my days with ease. I enjoy making time for walks, play, and routines it’s something I look forward to each week. While I don’t have the space to host dogs in my own home, I’d love to care for your pups in the comfort of theirs. I follow routines closely, give lots of love, and make sure they feel safe and happy while you’re away.

About: - My apartment receives monthly flea treatment, but all pets should still be on flea prevention medication before to come to my house . - All pets should be fully vaccinated - Usually, I send pictures/videos ones, around 8-8:30 pm and a little update if you request it. I understand that leave you pet with a strangers can be very anxious , but I assure you , your pet has place to sleep, a lot of attention, a lot of play time, walks and love. ☺️ - I am not accept dogs with any type of aggression: dog, cat or kids. - I’m not accept dogs without meet and greet . - If you prefer that I care exclusively for your pet during the entire stay, please note that the rate will be double my regular fee. I have been taking care of animals since early childhood. I always brought home homeless animals. My parents and I treated and helped abandoned babies recover. Love for animals is in my blood. my family had cats, dogs, birds, squirrels. I know how to give pills, how important it is to play and walk the dogs a lot, how important it is to change the litter box often. I am very empathic and always feel sorry for our smaller brothers. I’m stay home mom. I have plenty of time to care about pets while my son at school . After school usually we walk all day and take dogs with us. walking the dog will be a minimum of 30 minutes.i had husky before and we walk together at least an hour. Dogs with high energy is not a problem for me😄. If your dog likes to play with balls, I will be glad to play with him/her. if your pet takes pills - no problem! I'll take care of that too! I provide brush hair (fur) , night walks, gentle care.

About: I’m Jessica! Sitter and caregiver to your pets! I also do short term fostering and am a cat kennel assistant volunteer at the Greater Birmingham Humane Society. My husband and I have two dogs, Maki (Brindle Belgian Malinois mix) & Turbo (American Staffordshire Terrier/Black Lab mix) who are sweet, goofy, smart babies. Totally spoiled! Many of the pet pics are with my husband, Joe, bc I never get good ones of myself apparently ha. Not only did I grow up in a pet loving family that allowed me to get to know and love many different breeds and types of fur babies, but I have been trusted to pet sit by friends, neighbors, and relatives many many times over the years. Several of the photos up are of foster pups and of some I’ve rescued. Some of my skills include potty training, social training, aggression correction with puppies, recognizing early illness symptoms and care. I’m trained to watch, recommend and act when medical treatment is needed. I also have experience administering oral, topical, and injectable medications with dogs and cats. I live in a neighborhood perfect for walking your pup. I also enjoy hiking the trails at ruffner mountain. I offer cuddles and companionship for the pup or kitty that prefers laps and affection over walks or hikes. I don’t mind sitting at my home or yours. I stay home and have a very flexible schedule. This allows me to give a lot of attention to your pet and accommodate most plans! Respect to pets in their home is always given on my part. It’s your pets home and they should always feel safe! I will listen to the guidelines you give me and do my absolute best to be a trusted safe space person to your pet. I’ll spend as much time as your pet needs! I have a fenced back yard and two friendly pups that love to play. I also have indoor crates for mine and guests to be safely separated.

About: I’ve been around and loved dogs quite literally all 26 years of my life. From a teacup Chihuahua to a Rottweiler/German Shepherd mix, I have owned and loved dogs of all shapes and sizes. I truly believe they are man’s best friend and should be treated as such! My living situation does not allow for pets at this time, so I am happy to interact with pets as much as I can. I’m currently working full time in church ministry, which allows much flexibility during the week days. I am fairly open on all days of the week except for Tuesdays. I also am happy to dog sit in the client’s home on weekends and during the week as needed. For all services, whether walks or overnight stays, I would be happy to provide the client with as many updates as they would like throughout the service, as well as send picture updates! I am happy to do whatever makes the client feel most at ease and comfortable.

About: I have over 20 years experience with helping friends and family take care of their furry loved ones while they are out of town, as well as growing up with several pets, and now have 2 rescues of my own, Daryl is a 9 year old rescue from Shelby County Humane Society and Freddy a 1 year old rescue from First Circle Rescue with elbow dysplasia in both arms, both are blue heeler mixes and are quite the handful but I love every minute ! I have received professional training and certification in dog walking by Three Dimensional Dog as well as being certified in Dog and Cat First Aid by the American Red Cross. I volunteer with Shelby County Humane society where I found Daryl as well as the Birmingham Zoo. I have experience helping with all ages of dogs and cats from puppy up to senior dogs as well as having experience with administering and watching over dogs taking oral meds with sedating effects. I work a regular desk job with a hybrid working schedule working remotely and in office, I’m completely free on the weekends so I will have plenty of time to come check on your pets ❤️ I am very flexible and can come to your house as often as needed for house and pet sitting as often as you need someone to come by

About: Hi, I’m V! I grew up in a veritable household zoo, with cats, dogs, hamsters, Guinea pigs, and more and have been walking dogs and house-sitting for friends and neighbors since I was a teen. Though I don’t currently have pets of my own, I have several nieces and nephews whom I love like they’re mine! My love of animals led me to working part-time in a busy kennel and doggy day-care during college, where I administered feeding, medical care, and play for up to 60 dogs of various sizes at a time. A fun challenge—but I love to meet animals where they are, get to know their individual personalities, and build trust in their own spaces. I’ve cared for a wide variety of animals of different ages, temperaments, and care needs. I’m excited to meet your furry friends and help where I can! I’ve recently moved from NYC to Birmingham, AL and am working freelance, so I have plenty of flexibility in my schedule to make yours easier! I’m currently offering house-sitting, pet care in clients’ homes, and dog walking. About: I am a senior at UAB, and I have made a summer job the past few years dog sitting. I have a wide variety of experience including caring for three 60lbs+ dogs for a week. I love every animal like it is my own (smothered in love) and I make sure to take lots of pictures (I can’t help it!). I am currently finishing my senior year and have a very light semester. I have completely free days during the week and on the weekends. I have lots of experience with animals of many different needs and can easily adapt to instruction. About: I am experienced with dogs of all sizes and cats as well. I grew up with both dogs and cats and also currently have a big fluffy husky that I love taking on long walks. He has taught me patience when walking to let him sniff and explore and to be able to pick up on tell tale signs from other dogs and surrounding areas. I have never met a pet I wasn’t able to become buddies within no time. I work full time but can walk before and after work on week days. The weekends I am free at any time to walk dogs. I have a 9 year old husky I walk an average of 2 - 3 miles a day since he loves walks. I do not bring him along for house sitting since his fluff will stay long after he does and he is comfy staying at home with my sister. I know how to approach new dogs to let them know I am a trustworthy person and pay attention to their own moods and personalities as each animal is different.

About: I have fostered dogs in the past, so I have experience caring for dogs of all ages and personalities. Also having a 14 year old dog myself, I’m specifically good at administering meds to older dogs. I’m a very active sitter and will have your dog moving/playing as much as they’re want! I’m a medical student with a fairly flexible schedule. I’m usually in class in the mornings and free for pet sitting afternoons, evenings & weekends. I keep a very tidy home, always ensuring there are no hazards that your pet may be exposed to. I also use pet friendly cleaning supplies (mostly because I’m trying to cut down on the chemicals I’m exposed to), but it pays off for your pet as well!

About: I live in Mountain Brook Alabama in a perfect area for taking dogs on nice long walks. I am very clean, responsible, and punctual. I don’t have my own fur baby at the moment. I had a toy poodle growing up and now get to be the “cool aunt” to many of my friends pups. My number one goal is to make sure your dog is safe and happy while you are away. I enjoy going on long walks just as much as I enjoy curling up and watching TV. Both are activities many dogs enjoy. Your house...your rules. I am happy to accommodate the schedule you dog is accustom to. During the week I have an 8-5 job. However, I work close to home and come home most days for lunch. During the week I am available to care for your dog during my lunch break and after work. On the weekends I’m all yours. I can be there for your dog as little or as much as you need me. I have always been a dog lover! I got my my first dog when I was 4 years old and cared for her as we both grew older. While I don’t have my own dog at the moment I enjoy spending time with many of my friends dogs. They include chocolate labs, german shepherds, Australian shepherds, labradoodles, etc. I can’t wait to meet your precious pup and let the fun begin!

About: It began at age 8 with the German shepherd across the street. I wasn't scared of a dog twice my size and I have owned dogs my entire life from Weimaraners to medium sized to terriers. Have loved and cared for them all. I am incredibly active walking up to four/five miles a day. I'm patient and I speak "canine" as a second language. :>) I am newly retired, but don't let that scare you...avid runner/walker/strength trainer and I have the time and capacity to alleviate your worries about your fur family's care. I am not prepared to offer my home for pet care. I will come to your home and respect your space, boundaries, and the care you desire for your fur family member.

About: I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician (with a degree in Veterinary Technology) with 7+ years of animal care experience. Animals have been a passion my whole life and I love each animal like it's my own no matter the species. I have been working in Veterinary Medicine for 5 years and focus on mainly emergency and exotic specialties. I can also care for all other types of animals. I have owned dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, fish, amphibians and pocket pets. I am working full time but am available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday all day. I can do cat visits (once a day) on Fri, Sat, Sun, and Mondays. I live in 3b/2b house with my 2 dogs who are highly socialized and trained. There is a small dog park at my house for exercise and many walking locations near by.
