About: Hey! I'm a medical student from Alabama located in Homewood. New to Rover, but I grew up with over ten cats and dogs and have owned my Jack Chi, Benoit, for three years, so I'm experienced with caring for animals of all breeds and sizes! My schedule varies depending on the week, but I am generally very flexible. I can do walks, drop-in visits, and boarding! I'm a full-time student and every week looks a little different! Generally very flexible and can accommodate most schedules. Just let me know what works best for you! Let me know your dog's daily routine and needs and I'll make sure they feel right at home with me! You'll get lots of photos/videos and updates, as I know how hard it can be to trust a stranger with your dog.

About: I have had at least one dog ever since I was born, and i have had to care for, exercise, feed, and bathe a dog since. Plenty of friends and family have also asked me to dog sit or dog walk for them so I am very familiar with working with dogs that aren’t my own. I also worked at Camp Bow Wow in Montgomery for a year. They are a highly regarded doggy day care and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. I was in constant contact with dogs and learned a lot about caring for them more than i already knew. I have a gap between ending a job and starting a new position, so i will have plenty of time to take care of your pups!! I love going for walks and playing with dogs, as well as being chill and giving them plenty of belly rubs!!! At home, I feed my dog and take her for daily walks. I also do enrichment exercises with her to keep her mind stimulated. In your home, I would do the same as well as take them for plenty of walks!! I follow feeding schedules if provided and am flexible to any other rules in the home.

About: I’ve been walking dogs and pet sitting for years, caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a senior companion, I treat every pet like family. I’m always up for a long walk, playtime, or just hanging out with your pet while you’re away. I’ll treat them like my own and make sure they feel happy and loved. I currently work from home and set my own schedule, so I’m generally free during the weekday and in the evenings. I also have a lot of free time on the weekends and would love to look after your furry friends! When I’m pet sitting in someone’s home, I treat it like my own, keeping it clean and cozy for your pets. I’ll care for your pets like they’re my own, making sure they’re safe, happy, and comfortable while you’re away. About: I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, from puppies to adults. I’ve had dogs of my own and regularly cared for my brother’s dogs while he was a breeder, giving me hands-on experience with puppies and adult dogs. Most of my experience is with French Bulldogs, Cane Corsos, and Boston Terriers. I’m patient, attentive, and treat every pet like my own. I’m currently a full-time freshman at UAB, but my class schedule has flexible gaps that allow me to provide attentive and reliable pet care. I’m used to making time for animals and being consistent with their routines, so I can easily fit drop-ins, walks, and other pet-care duties into my day. I believe every pet is different, so I don’t treat every pet the same. I take the time to learn their personality, routines, and comfort level so they feel safe and cared for. I’m gentle, attentive, and respectful of each pet’s needs while making sure their environment stays clean and secure.

About: I've taken care of family pets and neighbors' dogs for several years, as well as cats and fish. I have experience with the Greater Birmingham Humane Society and my own dog for three years. I'm available and flexible, so I'm ready to help out whenever you and your furry friend need me! When I'm not helping with neighborhood pets, you'll likely see me and my dog out for walks or training. I believe in meeting dogs where they are at by responding to their energy levels. That may mean making sure they are comfortable during stressful situations or jumping in to play at higher energy times! My primary goal is to make sure they are safe and set up for success when you are not at home, so I am happy to employ specific care instructions. No two dogs are the same!

About: I walk my dog twice a day, take him to socialize with other dogs, and give plenty of open window car rides. I’ve trained him when he was young and I have also taken care of a wide range of animals of other ages from the animal clinic that I shadow at. I’m aware of animal social cues and am plentiful in patience with all furry friends! I am a full time student, so my schedules do vary from each semester. As of right now, Mondays and Wednesdays, I am free after 3 pm. On Fridays, I am free after 12 pm. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I am free after 5 pm. These two specific days would be better for home drop-ins and late afternoon dog walks! With my dog at home, I always keep him in my sight not only for his sake but for my own comfort. I just love being around animals all the time. Whether I am doing school work or chores, I always keep them included.

About: I’m happy to take your furry friend on a long walk, administer medications, cuddle, and play! I’m glad to reinforce commands and learning they may be trying to establish. I have plenty of availability and flexibility to cater to your doggo! I work from home full-time and am a morning person, so I’m available bright and early for walks, drop-ins, or snuggles. My flexible schedule means your pet will get plenty of attention, care, and consistency throughout the day! While I do not currently offer services from my home, I am very considerate and cautious with my clients' homes! I will respect and ensure that I leave them better than I found them!

About: I’ve had my dog, Ollie, for 5 years since he was 8 weeks old, and my rescue Sadie since March 2024. I have always had a special place in my heart for animals. My dad is allergic to dogs and cats, so growing up I didn’t get to have any of my own (besides the occasional fish). But anytime a friend or family member needed someone to take care of their pet, I would gladly do it. I am currently available on weekdays at any time and most weekends. I can make time to check on your pup or kitten whenever we you need me to! During home visits and/or walks, I will make sure your pet has a well-loved visit including some cuddles and belly-rubs, play time, taken outside to potty, and/or at least a 10 minute walk (unless requested longer). I can also feed your dog if requested. During the hotter months (85 degrees and up) I would prefer to not walk your dog longer than 20mins during the hours of 11am - 5pm, due to keeping your pups best interest at heart (burnt paws, overheating, etc.) but will gladly play with them outside in a backyard/dog area for longer!

About: Happy to walk or sit for any dog in the Birmingha area. I love all dogs and especially love taking my own Mr. Crayon on a walk! No dog is too young or too old. I have been taking care of pets for the past couple of summers and have done anything from walks to overnight stays. Please text me for more information or if you would like to get some walks set up! My schedule is very flexible! Excited to meet some pups! I work remotely, part-time on Mon-Thurs afternoons. I am usually free Friday-Sunday for housesitting and am free for morning walks. My schedule is very flexible so I am happy to work something out! I cannot care for pets in my own home but happy to take care of pets in clients home. I am prepared for any kind of dog emergency and I am experienced in giving dogs medication.

I have an older dog of my own, so I understand senior care firsthand, including monitoring comfort, energy, and health needs.
