About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was eight years old. 14 years later, I am still doing just that, except this time to support myself in college. I also have 2+ years of experience with Wag! and have walked over 70 dogs. I walk dogs every other day and play with them in my school’s lawn. As long as I’m done with my school assignments, I’m happy to play with your pup! I will always keep the dog on the leash unless otherwise indicated. I take extra caution to see that they don’t eat anything off the street.

About: I’ve always had cats, and usually they were strays that we took in. As a teenager, I would pet sit for my neighbors frequently when they were out of town- cats and dogs! I had two dogs growing up. Now as an adult, I have 2 cats of my own, Sinclair (5yo male) and Petal (1yo female)! For most of June and July I will be free week days and weekends! Starting in August, I will be available in afternoons and on weekends. I am willing to spend time with your cats and dogs, play with them however needed, and I can take your dogs on long walks!

About: Hi, my name is Kyla! I am currently a Wildlife Biology major who loves animals of all kinds! I'm experienced with both large and small dogs, as well as cats. I have a Terrier mix, a Chihuahua, Pitbull, and a german Sheppard back home with a tabby cat I live with now. I enjoy playing with them all, teaching them new tricks, and going on regular walks. I'm very flexible and will try my best to work with your busy schedule. Don't hesitate to reach out for any additional needs such as putting food out, giving treats, or refilling water bowls. I understand that animals can get anxious when their hoomans are away and I will be sure to make sure they feel safe and as calm as can be. I'm thrilled to get to know your best friend and go above and beyond in any way that I can. I currently run my own crochet business, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your fur babies! I am available after 1 pm Monday-Friday and on all day on some weekends! I am in an apartment with 3 cats of my own, I do not offer boarding or doggy daycare. I do offer home stays and am very experienced with it! I am also available to drop by to walk, feed, or play with your fur baby!

I'm available and flexible, so I'm ready to help out whenever you and your furry friend need me! About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 7 years for some of my family, friends, and neighbors. I have tons of experience with pets of all sizes, ages, and energy levels. I’m a very active college student and athlete, so I love the opportunity to take long walks, playing fetch, and making sure pets get the attention and exercise they deserve. I’m currently a college student on summer break a more than flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate quality time to pet care throughout the week. I’m more than willing able to do walks, drop-in visits, or overnight care. I can accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening visits depending on your needs and will always make sure your pet receives plenty of attention and care. I will follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and household routines to the letter, treating the pets as if they were my own. I strive to always maintain a clean and safe environment especially during walks and outdoor activities. About: I have had multiple dogs growing up I do have a dog right now and I have dog sat my aunts dog while leaves. Dogs and children are the two things I really love in this world and I feel that I know how to care for them as they are my own. I a pretty free after 12 during the weekdays and on the weekend I am very free to do what ever needs to be done. I have a lot of time to spare and spend with dogs rather that be a nice long walk like I do with my dog everyday or just playing with for a while. I live in an apartment with my own dog but I have plenty of space for them to play and keep each other company. If you dog does require a crate I have enough space for that and have a nice trail and a park next to my apartment for me to walk them around.

About: I currently have two wonderful dogs of my own, an 8 year old Havanese and a 1 year old Dachshund. My Dachshund is high energy, and my Havanese is very chill, so I am very comfortable with dogs of all personalities. As a college student studying to be a teacher, I am away from home, so I am always missing my dogs. This is a great way for me to spend time and care for others while I am away. I am currently working part-time and mostly in the mornings. I will be able to care for your pets in the afternoons and on the weekends! Pet parents should provide any necessary materials that I may need to care for their pet (treats, leashes, harnesses, etc). I will be happy to discuss this further.

About: For as long as I can remember, there have always been pets in my life! Whether that was in my own home growing up, in a family member's home, at friends' houses, etc. I have often been the go-to person when it comes to caring for them when their owners are out of town. From walking, feeding, playing, administering medication, and more, I have absolutely loved getting to care for pets of all sizes and ages. As for my own pet experience, after moving to Birmingham in 2018 I applied to become a foster through Two by Two Rescue and began fostering (and quickly failed) with my sweet 13-year-old Pekingese, Max. He was truly the light of my life and we were the best of friends! He taught me a ton about how to care for senior dogs. Before his passing in 2021, I rescued my cat, Mews, and although she's a little hesitant around other pets she stays in her own space! At my own home, I do have stairs but have no issue helping any senior pups or dogs afraid of going upstairs feel comfortable. I used to have to carry Max all the time, haha. I'm also comfortable with pee pads as they used to be a staple in my apartment. I'm not particular about whether or not your pet is create trained and have no issue if they're not! As long as they'd be okay around my cat, I'm more than happy to let them roam around as they please. There are plenty of sidewalks around my apartment for walkies and we're close to a community park as well! Discussing my work schedule is something I do before my meet and greets just so we both have an understanding of expectations. However, my full-time job is a hybrid environment so I'm able to work remotely usually 2 days out of the week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) to care for your pet. On days I am in the office, I'm happy to run by your home during my lunch break if you're close to my office in Hoover. At my home, there is plenty of walking space to take your pup out and get some exercise. We can visit a local park near my house if that's something they'd enjoy. I'm also happy to crate your fur baby if needed.

About: I am a dog lover through and through! I grew up with dogs my whole life and have helped out friends and neighbors with house sitting, dog walking, and generally caring for their babies! My own family dog, Barkley is a boxer who has severe epilepsy and is on a strict medication schedule, so I understand the importance of careful attentiveness, especially when an animal requires extra care or monitoring. I often help care for him and our 12 year old boxer, Rudy. I have cared for older dogs, puppies, cats, and both large and small dogs! I can’t wait to help make your life easier! I have a fenced yard and a very friendly medium sized golden retriever who would love to play with your animals outside if we are at my house, or we can play indoors. Most mornings I am available until 2 PM, and I also offer flexible availability depending on my work schedule. About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was 13 years old. I have my own pup named Benji, he is a Springer Spaniel, and a cat named Maizy. I will go above and beyond to ensure your baby is well taken care of. I also love to take and send pictures!! I currently work part time and have availability for check ins Thursday-Sunday. Whether your dog or cat needs to be fed, a potty break, or a quick play date I am available. I also can stay for extended periods of time and am willing to stay for a couple hours in the home if necessary and if you are comfortable! In your home I will of course ensure your pet has their basic needs met, including food, water, and pottying. But I also would love to take your dog on a walk or play fetch outside! As for cats I would love to play with them with their toys and keep them entertained! I will never let a dog outside their home or yard without a leash and I will only work with dogs of a size I can safely manage.
