Your pet’s caring Uncle Kyle
I have truly enjoyed caring for dogs and cats most of my life (30+ years) beginning in childhood with my family dog, Maggie. I have served as Dad to multiple dogs and cats for many years, although I do not currently have a pet of my own. Today I enjoy volunteering at the Greater Birmingham Humane Society (trained to care for both dogs and cats) while I pursue a new career in service to animals. All breeds and sizes are welcome to me—I love them all. Thank you for trusting me to care for your baby.

Safety, trust & environment
My apartment is small yet clean, tidy and safe. It’s on the ground floor and opens up to a large and well-maintained yard on a quiet street. Many neighbors have dogs as it is a very dog-friendly neighborhood (Highland Park). Additionally, there are 3 large parks within a half-mile of my home.
Ratings and reviews
Kyle came once a day to look in on our cats, give them fresh food and water, and take care of the litter boxes. He communicated every day to let me know how it was going - even though the cats didn't come out for him (I have since talked to the cats about showing some gratitude). He was easy to work with. When we met in person I could tell he cared a lot about animals and had great attention to detail. Definitely will have Kyle back, and maybe the cats will be more appreciative this time.
Kyle was amazing! Last minute my sitter cancelled on me and I had no one to help me. I reached out to Kyle and he was so flexible and took care of my Bella girl. He walked her, fed her, and administered meds with no problem at all. Would totally have Kyle take care of Bella again!

Kyle was a very last-minute booking, but he made himself available, was very clear about the time needed to do all that was asked, and he seems to have been quite thorough. I am very grateful for his help, and I would not hesitate to book again!
