About: I’ve owned and taken care of dogs and cats since I was 12 years old. Growing up, I volunteered at my local humane society, where I developed a deep love of animals of all shapes and sizes! I’ve been a reliable pet sitter for many friends and family members over the years — I love taking dogs on walks, playing games with them outside, snuggling with kittens on the couch, and sending you lots of photos of it all! I also worked at a vet clinic in college where I learned a lot about animal behavior and care. As a high school teacher with a free summer schedule, I am here to watch your fur baby any time of day that you need! As a public school teacher, I get to enjoy my summer break without obligation! This means I will have a very flexible schedule in June and July to take care of your fur baby. I will be able to take them for walks, play with them outside, and give them any attention needed throughout the day. I live on a quiet street with a yard (no fence) in a suburban area with lots of safe space for walking. If I’m coming to your home, I can ensure it will be taken care of and left in pristine condition and would love to explore the neighborhood with your pup or hang out around the house with your cat.

Rosie is a rescue who is afraid of the world around her, but Kendall took great care of her and never gave up when Rosie was unsure of her new surroundings, making her as comfortable as possible. I’m so appreciative of how sweet she was with Rosie and how she navigated her challenges, including trying to make sure our non-food-motivated dog ate regularly while we were gone. I would definitely book with Kendall again!
