About: I am an absolute animal lover and have lived with animals since I was 16! I love getting outside and playing with dogs or walking them, and staying in and cuddling or caring for little cats. I have worked closely with animals making sure they’re doing well and taken care of throughout college :) I will also always provide silly and fun videos and pics of the animals throughout their time with me!! I’m currently a graduate student at UAB with very flexible hours. I am walking distance from my work so I can always check back in whenever necessary! I also have a little camera set up in my apartment which can check on the animals as needed :) I am always spending the night in my own apartment and will usually be at work on weekdays from 8:30-4 When I am taking care of pets I make sure anything that could be harmful to them is put up and out of reach! I know some animals can be a little finicky and have some storage where I know they wouldn’t be able to reach. I also have a security camera in my apartment which I can access to check on the animals as necessary!
“Kaitlyn is not only timely but she’s communicative, kind, and just has such a genuine love for animals! She has been checking in on my two foster puppies and it has truly been such a relief for me! Couldn’t recommend her more ❤️”

I am a full time student in College at Samford University. Where I am on the track team and in sorority life. This would be a side hustle for me but that doesn’t mean I will put in any less effort. About: Hi! I’m Raegan - professional belly-rubber, treat dispenser, and adventure buddy for your fur baby. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your BFF. Whether they love long walks, tug-of-war, or cozy nap sessions, I’ve got it covered. I’ve got experience with all kinds of pups - high energy, shy, sassy, or seniors - and I tailor each visit to make your dog feel safe, loved, and totally spoiled (in the best way). I also know how important consistency is when it comes to training, and I know how quickly they can get off track. I’m happy to discuss and follow any and all expectations while I’m with your pup so they don’t lose any progress while you’re away. I can promise your baby will have plenty of potty breaks and long walks, and I also have a large gated porch that they’ll be able to play their hearts out off-leash. I’ll always make sure to send updates, photos, and a little note about our time together so your time away from them can be as stress free as possible. I can’t wait to meet your pup! ❤︎ I recently lost my soul dog, Mello, so I have a lot of room in my house and heart to love on your pup(s)! I do work full-time, but my office is less than 10 minutes from home so I can provide multiple potty breaks even on work days. If we're hanging at my house, I have a large covered porch for the pup(s) to play on as much as they want. I also have the space to let them relax in their crate if you want to leave their crate with me. I also live in Southside which is the perfect area for long, enriching walks so we will get plenty of exercise!
About: I started dog walking & house sitting for neighbors when I was around 10, and since then I’ve only continued to care for animals for whoever my “regulars” recommend me to. I have experience with anything from needy doggies to old cats needing medication. I’m in an internship 40 hours/week, but I am happy to check on pets before & after the work day or on weekends when I’m around! When I’m home with pets, I love to give them pets, play, and go on walks, depending on their needs. I am an animal LOVER, so they will not miss out on any attention while you’re away.

Cameron was absolutely outstanding. We were away at the beach for a full week, and he took incredible care of our dogs the entire time. He went above and beyond, sending regular updates and photos that gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious from every picture and message that our dogs were happy, comfortable, and receiving plenty of attention and affection. Cameron treated them like they were his own. He was reliable, communicative, trustworthy, and genuinely cared about our pets. We cannot say enough good things about our experience. If you are looking for someone who will take exceptional care of your dogs and keep you informed every step of the way, Cameron is your guy. We will absolutely book with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pet sitter. Five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kyle was amazing! Last minute my sitter cancelled on me and I had no one to help me. I reached out to Kyle and he was so flexible and took care of my Bella girl. He walked her, fed her, and administered meds with no problem at all. Would totally have Kyle take care of Bella again!

Katharine has been my saving grace since getting my Benny boy. Her love and care for my puppy doesn’t go unnoticed. She is the most reliable help I have found so far, and I plan to keep her around for as long as she will let me. My Benny loves her and so do I! Thank you Katharine for all you do for us, and I absolutely recommend using her for your doggy needs! ❤️

Kadence was amazing! I booked very last minute, and she responded quickly, and was very flexible. I have never left my dog with anyone she doesn't know, but I immediately felt comfortable with Kadence. She gave me updates while I was away, and I will absolutely see if she is available the next time I need someone to stay with my dog. She is so sweet...I couldn't recommend her enough!

We couldn’t ask for a better dog sitter! Communication is always clear and reassuring, which makes me feel at ease leaving my dog in her care! Our dog has several medical problems that Gracie handles him no problem including giving him medications and monitoring his breathing on hot days. She sends pics and updates which I always appreciate. Highly recommend Gracie if you’re looking for a reliable and compassionate dog sitter!

Meredith was wonderful! We traveled from Iowa and feel very fortunate she was available. She provided a thoughtful update after each visit, including pictures, which gave us great peace of mind. She is kind, attentive, and truly caring—our dogs absolutely loved her. I highly recommend her!

Grace was such a great sitter/friend to my Benji especially with such short notice! She was such a great communicator and she was very responsive and receptive to my instructions. She sent photos from her visits and engaged well with Benj! I would highly recommend recommend her to care for any of your furry kiddos! ❤️

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
