About: I have taken care of dogs in my house cor the last 10 years, and have always looked after / walked my neighbor’s pets and houses anytime they have gone out of town! Pet care fits seamlessly into my flexible schedule due to the fact that I am a student at Samford University. I am in class for a maximum of 4 hours in a day, and love getting to go meet pets and spend time with them while still missing my sweet doggies back home! Obviously always making sure they have been walked, fed, and have plenty water. Pets keep a household running, and taking care of them is such a joy and just brighten my day I would do anything they need.

About: I have raised multiple dogs and cats into their senior years. I worked on a farm caring for multiple types of animals for two years. I'm currently a senior at UAB so I am available on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Working with pets while studying what I love is both a blessing and a joy. About: I’ve had dogs my whole life so I am no stranger to them! I have experience with puppies all the way up to senior dogs. I can conform to whatever your doggie needs from me! About: I have been a pet owner for several years and they are apart of my family. I would love the opportunity to help you care for your babies as well. My schedule is very flexible. I do work Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 but would be available to do drop ins before or after work and also available to board anytime during the weekend. I have firsthand experience with providing a loving, comfortable, and safe home for animals. When I had my Lab, Lola, all of her daily needs were met and that includes attention and affection. When caring for your pet, I will treat them with the same love, care, and affection that I provided for all of my own pets. About: I honestly enjoy dogs and cats more than most people, sorry not sorry 😆. There’s just something about the trusting love of an animal that brings joy to life/my world. I’ve been a dog owner for over 15 years, first to my sweet Charlie - no longer with us; and now to our foster fail Maya. Charlie was a border collie who never ran out of energy. Like, ever 😆. Maya is a more settled gal, but she still loves a good walk/hike as long as a nap comes afterwards. I’ve also been a cat mom, and cat foster mom for over 20 years. Our Sophie & Evie keep us on our toes requesting frequent snuggles, play time, treats, and nap time in our laps 💜🐾 If it’s not already evident, I firmly believe: pets are family, and pets have rights to autonomy/boundaries with people and other animals. I fully expect pet owners to have the same standards of care for selecting someone to help with their pet as I believe they’d use to choose a babysitter for their human kiddos. I happily respect and help maintain people’s rules for their pets (but all y’all that say they can’t get on the couch need an intervention 🙃😉 I’m just saying). Let’s chat about how to help your pets live their best lives when you can’t be with them - whether that’s walks, stop in visits, boarding in my home or other care needs. I work from home and have a fair amount of flexibility in my schedule. I’m able to do drop in visits to feed, administer meds, let dogs out, attend to cat boxes etc. and during my visits I will also provide a bit of attention and interaction for your pets if they desire it - I’m not just a run in and run back out sitter ☺️ I provide in home boarding and doggy day care at my home, where they have access to our fully fenced backyard for potty visits and playtime (weather safety dependent). I will probably only offer cat care visits to your home, as I have our 2 girls here full time as well as often having a foster kitten/cat or 2. I will be happy to cater a care plan that best suits your requirements and your cat’s needs.

About: Hi there! My name is Mare and I am currently in graduate school looking to fill up some of my extra free time! I grew up with dogs, and was lucky enough to find roommates in Denver with dogs as well:) I love the outdoors, so hanging out with the pups is pretty much second-nature when we get to play outside. I work in healthcare so I have foundational knowledge for first-aid—although I work with humans, it is still helpful with the animals. I would love to show your pet some love and care:) My school schedule differs every month, however, I am coming up on some more flexibility in my schedule for the summer. This schedule allows for care during summer vacations, day trips, or just day-to-day check ins. My roommate has a wonderful golden retriever who is very friendly! While we have space for another dog, I am not available for overnight care in my own house, to respect my roommate and the pup. I am comfortable with any necessary care for your pet in your house! I absolutely love walking dogs and making sure they get good exercise. I am very familiar with crate training and feeding routines, so will put your pet in good hands!

About: I love animals, I have owned various furry friends throughout my life. Cats, dogs, bunnies, fish, etc. I work with animals on a daily basis. Providing for animals is my dedication. I have worked for pet stores and handled tons of different pets with personalities all different than the last. I have a puppy of my own whom I currently training, sit, potty training, lay, and wait. She’s currently understanding sit and stay. Great progress! Dealing with animals is healing and I try to fill my weekly schedule with caring for pets. Including after hours for my current job and to also help individuals who need assistance. I always take my time to deal with animals in their own environment. About: I love just animals! Growing up we always had pets ranging from turtles, cats, fish, dogs, birds and horses. Animals have always been part of my life, and I've learned so much from them. I had a beloved mini-dachshund for six years and was always a bit of a worry wort when someone watched my pup. I wanted to know she was always safe, happy and well-cared for. So, after being a reliable dog-sitter for a fellow teacher for several years I realized providing a service like this would allow me to reconnect with animals while earning extra money and also serving families with excellent care for their furry family members. I love walking, playing and snuggling with dogs, cats and just about any critter of all sizes and ages, and I would love to make your pet be as safe, happy and well-cared for as I expected mine to be. I work as a full time teacher so during the school year I would serve best as a weekend sitter. However, I am available during the week as well for most holidays and most of the summer. I have a one bedroom apartment which helps me to know where and what your pet is doing almost all of the time. I live in an area that has lots of nature intact and is very dog friendly. There are two dog friendly “tennis courts” available to allow young and high energy dogs run off leash to catch a ball, frisbee or stick or play with other dog friendly pups. For house sitting stays, I am flexible and can accommodate most anyone’s unique set up and pet needs. One thing to note is that I am currently in the process of adopting my six year old niece who would accompany me for house sitting.
