About: I have loved and been surrounded by dogs since I was a baby, and began helping other with theirs around the age of 12! I grew up with large dogs like Dobermans and Weimaraners, but have experience caring for dogs of all sizes such as Dachshunds, Bassett Hounds, Labs and Terrier Mixes! I am comfortable working with puppies and dogs being crate trained! I currently work from home Monday-Friday. My jobs gives me the flexibility to be away from my desk most afternoons starting around 2PM as long as I can be reached by phone. I try to walk around 3/4 miles a day and walking a dog for at least part of that is a great way to fill my time! I do not offer in home care as I have cats at home. When I am in your home, I will follow any rules set by you. I do not lets dogs off leash for their safety, and the safety of others. If I am going to be walking with your dog, I will do my best to assess a walking route with the lease vehicle traffic. If there is not a good route, I will be sure to stay well around of my surrounds and keep space between your dog(s) and the road.

About: I honestly enjoy dogs and cats more than most people, sorry not sorry 😆. There’s just something about the trusting love of an animal that brings joy to life/my world. I’ve been a dog owner for over 15 years, first to my sweet Charlie - no longer with us; and now to our foster fail Maya. Charlie was a border collie who never ran out of energy. Like, ever 😆. I’m able to do drop in visits to feed, administer meds, let dogs out, attend to cat boxes etc. and during my visits I will also provide a bit of attention and interaction for your pets if they desire it - I’m not just a run in and run back out sitter ☺️ I provide in home boarding and doggy day care at my home, where they have access to our fully fenced backyard for potty visits and playtime (weather safety dependent). I will probably only offer cat care visits to your home, as I have our 2 girls here full time as well as often having a foster kitten/cat or 2. At the time, one of my 2 pups was recovering from an intestinal issue and neither her usual boarding place nor her vet would take her or her sibling. About: I current work at the Birmingham zoo, I have worked in numerous wildlife environments as well as doggie day care. I grew up on a farm and have never not had a dog in my life. Animals are literally my livelihood, so I can handle whatever you want to throw at me! :) I work Friday - Tuesday, from 7AM -4PM.So, I can do any pet care after 4PM on those days. About: I’ve taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! I was #1 dog sitter for about 5-6 neighbors through high school and college. I’ve taken care of many other dogs and cats as well. As a current medical student, I wish I could have my own dog but the time and finances won’t allow until I graduate. About: I have lived with and loved dogs my entire life and in recent years (with the addition of a new puppy to the family) have loved learning about dog behavior and psychology.
