About: Growing up I had experience with a lot of types of animals, from cats, dogs, sheep, pigs, cows and horses. In my adult life, I have had a lab mix and have had 4 boxers (3 currently still in the home) and a siamese mixed cat. I learned a lot about dog behavior when I got my first boxer through training, and feel like that has helped me with other dogs too. Two of my current boxers are seniors and they take meds so I am familiar with those types of things and my other one is 8 months old so I am currently also in the puppy phases as well. I do have a full-time job. Evenings and weekends are the best time for me on some days. I often work from home later in the week so I can be flexible those days. I am definitely open to chatting about options. I will keep my calendar up to date based on my availability. If your pups are coming to my house, I have a fenced in yard. I do have a pool, but I go outside with all pups for safety reasons. If your dog loves to swim let me know! I also have a quiet neighborhood for a nice leashed walk. I do have a lot of stairs so if you have a senior dog that has mobility issues my house might not be the best option. If they go out on a leash this would be less of an issue b/c I can take them for a walk out front. I crate my puppy when I am gone, and can crate your dog when/if you would like me too. I would like any special instructions about medications/food/behavior etc that are specific to your pets. I would need any specific instructions for your in home stays with your pets.
About: I have taken care of dogs for the past 5 years, including a chihuahua of my own and my family’s dogs. I have experience raising puppies and caring for senior dogs as well. Even though every dog is different, I am able to provide adequate care and attention to every fur baby that I have the privilege of looking after. About: I've taken care of animals since I was a child. My dad ran a kennel out of our home, so we always had dogs around,. As a teenager, I earned extra money caring for all kinds of animals, including dogs,. Growing up around animals and caring for them throughout my life has given me plenty of hands-on experience and a genuine love for pets. I work full time from home mostly, but I do travel 3 days a week for 3-4 hours at a time, but I am available to take care of your animals in the mornings and afternoons. I have a dog run attached to the house with a dog door that leads into the laundry room. I also have a large backyard that is not fenced but is great for leashed walks. I have a dog of our own who is friendly with other dogs and not aggressive, but can be crated if needed. I also have an air-conditioned shop/gym where your dog can stay in a crate if you prefer. I can offer several options to help keep your pet comfortable and well cared for.
