About: With eight years of experience as the sole care provider for dogs and a lifetime of living with them, I bring a wealth of knowledge and love to pet care! What sets me apart is my passion for working with dogs of all kinds, from energetic puppies to seasoned seniors. I have a special knack for handling unique situations, like caring for my Yorkshire terrier with diabetes, which taught me how to manage medications with love and patience. Training my border collie from a hyperactive puppy to an eight-year-old with arthritis has given me valuable experience in adapting care to meet the changing needs of dogs as they age. I'm thrilled to share my enthusiasm and experience with your pets, ensuring they receive the best care and plenty of belly rubs! I currently work part-time and have the flexibility to make my own schedule, which allows me to prioritize pet care and accommodate my clients' needs. This flexibility means I can easily work around the customer's schedule, ensuring that their pets receive the care and attention they need at the most convenient times. Whether it's daily walks or drop-in visits, I am committed to providing reliable and personalized care that fits seamlessly into my routine. When caring for pets in my client's home, safety and trust are my top priorities. During drop-in visits, I ensure that pets are in a secure environment by checking doors, gates, and any potential hazards to keep them safe. I also follow any specific instructions from the owners regarding feeding, medication, or special care routines. For dog walking, I use secure leashes and harnesses to ensure pets are safely guided during our walks. I always stay aware of our surroundings to avoid potential dangers, such as traffic or other animals, and I tailor each walk to meet the individual needs and energy levels of the dog. Building trust with both pets and their owners is important to me, and I always communicate clearly and promptly to keep everyone informed and comfortable.

About: My name is Margie and I love fur babies! I have a 12 year old great dane who is my whole world. I am a volunteer at the Shelby county humane society so I've worked with all types of dogs. I also foster for 3 rescues. I'm a a huge believer in the differences pets make in our lives! I would love to have a chance to meet/care for your pet! Great Danes are my passion, but I'm open to all breeds! Your pet will have my full attention while it is in my care. Dogs have been in my family since I was a child so I am well aware of the great responsibility you are entrusting to me with your pet! Feel free to ask any questions you may have ! Delilah my great dane is Old and pretty much a sloth. While she is friendly with other dogs, I plan to keep her separated from your pet since she is older and more fragile. I have done this every other time I've kept a boarded pet and we have had no issues. I usually work evenings which means I have the whole morning to play/hang out with your dog. My great dane Delilah is very low energy and usually prefers to nap in her room in the mornings so your dog will have access to the whole back yard by themselves. Your pet will be free to run around either in the house or the yard unless I am at work or asleep. I care for my friends pets as if they are my own because I understand the anxiety of leaving your pet in the care of someone else. While I am sleeping or at work, your pet will be crated for their safety.
