About: I'm from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and I graduated from Pinson Valley high. I attend Lawson State Community college, where I'm currently majoring in Veterinary Medicine. While participating in the Agricultural Science program at Tuscaloosa Career and Technology Center, I gained experience in fish reproduction and animal handling. This was my first time using Rover, and the sitter I originally booked cancelled on me morning of, but Danielle accepted our last minute request on a holiday weekend. I have an old dog with arthritis and medication who can be a picky eater at times, but that was no issue for Danielle. She not only made me feel at ease with constant updates and pictures, but she exercised and socialized him, and he may like her more than me now. About: I have always had dogs as pets since I was 3 years old! I had 4 growing up and have always had at least two at a time! I have a passion for caring for pets and believe all pets should be treated like our family! I do have some experience in dog first aid and will always care for your pup as my own! I work from home full time so I am able to play with the dogs and take them on walks/hike often! I have a 3 acre yard that is tucked away and an absolute oasis for dogs! I have two dogs of my own so I am already on a potty break schedule every two hours at least! I will always treat your pet like they are my family! I do let pets on furniture if that is okay with the owner and I will follow all of your instructions very carefully. I take this job very seriously and want your pet to have the best time possible! I will do everything in my power to make sure your pet is well taken care of and happy! I use Rover for my own pups when I go out of town, so I know how scary it can be to leave your pet with someone new! I will send you photos and videos throughout your stay, and you can even facetime your pet if you’d like! Whatever I can do to make your time more peaceful, please let me know 😊
